​@Wsoares89 nah that little girl had some serious issues when given the littlest amount of power over someone. I've been a kitchen manager at movie theater that servs food and beer, and never spoke to any of my employees the way she did. Always gave my employees respect by calling them Sir and/or Mam and always encouraged them to move up or pursue their dream job. Not once did I ever try to break an employee down for that is trash mentality on a civilian job. She should join the military to get her kicks bossing others like the way she did.

Just because someone is nice or down to earth doesn’t mean they can successfully operate a business. If she’s at her age making sandwiches i doubt she’s business savvy or has the needed knowledge.

Subway is a horrendous company from how high the tax is on franchisees driving them into debt down to the respect for employees one of the only businesses that'll regularly pay u under double digits an hr (in my experience)

The NWO happened. Subway also passes most of the costs to the franchisees, so the franchisees pinch pennies.

Exactly. I made sandwiches for like two months and I recognized a girl because her order was different and she was nice but a little awkward. On the second day, I was able to move a little bit faster because she didn't need to tell me to do more and more ingredients. That gave her enough time to talk to me in the few minutes that it took to make the sandwiches. In three days, I learned a lot about her and she wasn't the talkative type.

this line of logic is interesting to me, to say fast food people dont deserve a living wage, and they should get better jobs. if they all got better jobs, who is going to make your food? Someone has to do it, and they need to be paid enough to live in order to keep that industry going.

You could see just by the look in that lady's face, she was expecting something more, but she gave a fake smile anyway. What she received was insulting.
