It really is pretty cool. In the real world, that base would be a lot cooler, temperature-wise, because of groundwater or permafrost, not sure which it is, but one of them cools the soil, allowing animals that burrow, like rabbits or moles, to stay cool during a scorching hot summer day.
There have already been 3 updates this year and we're getting a massive DLC by the end of the year! So there's a lot of people coming back to Astroneer! The devs are putting in excellent work and the game is amazing!
@@gamesforlife36When I dropped out of the game, there were updates, yes, but they all felt half-baked. Like the devs weren't entirely sure in which genre they are working: factory sim (Factorio), exploration game (No Man's Sky), or construction sandbox (Minecraft). The only thing they were keen on is introducing MTX store with some classic gotcha's. If that has changed for the better - I'm glad to hear that.
@@TheVindicar It has definitely been an improvement over the past couple of years, and this year promises to bring the biggest update ever. So I'm looking forward to that!
