OMG! It is now 11 years since I first downloaded this entire series via torrents, then sat for a whole day wondering "What the heck am I watching!" Then I made the fatal decision...."Let me roll a few joints then watch all 5 seasons again." 11years have just flown and not a day has gone by without this magic being in my head. I think they changed my life.

It’s insane to look at the title sequence now it comes off like it’s based on internet culture but it actually preceded it completely, they influenced an entire generation of comedy and that’s not an exaggeration

I think what makes Tim and Eric such a weirdly comedic show is the fact that you kinda feel like they're parodying something but they never really are. "Our Legs Are Long" in particular- with the moon singing to them, the weird song structure, the cut down to the destroyed cityscape- all feels like it's poking fun at some specific thing but it's just a weird amalgamation of tropes.
