There are a number of really helpful videos on getting around Rome...I believe this is among the Best! The labeling of different points of interest makes things incredibly easy to follow and is indispensable when plotting ones bearings. Thank you.
Hey Scott, great video on touring the main sites in Rome. Everyone should view this before visiting, very well layed out for first time and seasoned travelers! Using google earth and site photos made it easy to follow and allow a traveller to design their own itinerary for their visit. Well Done!!
Would your guidebook download to an iPhone? Do you recommend an out of the country phone plan while on vacation in Rome? What’s cell service like in Rome? Maybe an idea to do a video covering these topics and suggestions on preparing for a visit to Rome. Nice job on all your videos we really enjoy them.
Thanks for the suggestion I will need to make one. Technology is changing fast so fast I will do my best to make an updated video. Most carriers have an international plan> I have t-mobile but it is not very fast in Rome so I get a tourist SIM card 10 euros and 30 days service 20 euros for a month. Much faster then my cell carrier. Now there are e-sim cards but I need to look into them further.
hey mate just got back from Rome ,mate your advice was brilliant re the colosseum the Vatican times etc. all paid off , was really surprised how much graffiti there was on the street buildings everywere but good job made my trip better mate cheers
Good Video ... I speak fluent Italiano and everytime I go to Roma there is always some part of the city that I didn't get to ... I am going for a couple months this time so I don't miss a think !!!
Thank you for such informative videos! I was just curious if there were any souvenir items (non-perishable or perishables) only found in Italy that you recommend getting?
I am glad you like the videos! Leather bags and stuff are great especially in Florence but elsewhere in Italy too. In Sorrento you can get the music boxes, in Naples cameos as well as nativity scenes. The sell them all year long in the historic center. I am sure there are other things but that is what comes to mind.
