No sir...I don't think that if we are continuously working same things is called alienation... If we feel pressure, stress and Working condition is not good at all then we call it Alienation. So according to me alienation is nothing but you are becoming indifferent towards your work . So it could be about your mental and physical wellbeing.😊

But it's not true for everyone, people who are passionate for their work and they love to do it they will not feel alienation. Marx had given this theory in 19 th century and it is very much relevant in today's context.
