This is Brilliant! We are just starting out with streaming at my church in the UK and there is so much you learn every week. One thing we don't have is enough organization and this will help massively. I've pretty much written down all you have explained and will be bringing up in the next planning meeting. We also have a professional TV channel coming in to broadcast our service around the world which is daunting but I'm going to be there watching them like a hawk getting all the tips I can get.

I think this is great info to have! So many of us are really just winging it when it comes to figuring out what positions we need or even want at our churches, instead of "what we've been doing for years."

Great overview and description of all the key "components" of live church streaming regardless of size and type of equipment. Is anyone using mostly all pan/tilt/zoom cameras vs individual camera operators?? We have 3 Sony P/T/Z cameras and a Sony joystick controller connected to an ATEM Mini Pro and streaming two contemporary services live to RU-vid. Extensive use of recalls vs joystick moving of cameras. In this setup, we have a one person stream director/operator, a ProPresenter operator and sound tech on board. Gets a little "intense." Thanks for producing this very informative video!!
