She is really amazing. We watch her on huge TV screen with the whole family and learn a lot from her. The important thing is that she focuses on the most useful expressions. So it really helps.

Hi Manar. Many thanks for these wonderful videos. In your video on hata, you use eekoon after laazem, but not in this video. When do we use eekoon after lazem?

@LearnArabicwithManar

ahlan 👋🏽 you are not mixing up, there is a verb from لازم it's used as do you need something or it;'s needed

great video. how would one say "in a row" or straight? Like "I did that for 11 hours in a row/straight"
@LearnArabicwithManar
@LearnArabicwithManar Год назад
In Levantine Arabic We don't have straight way to say that, we say it in different ways like: I worked 11 hours without stopping/a break شتغلت ١١ ساعة من دون ما وقف/ استراحة

Dear Manar, I got a bit confused by the last example. As I understand, شوية وقت is an idafa and as such it is definite. I feel like writing لازمتني شوية وقت to match the gender of the word شوية. Where am I wrong?
@LearnArabicwithManar
@LearnArabicwithManar Год назад
Ya hala Regina 👋🏼 لازمني It refers to time وقت That's why it's masculine 😊

Hi Manar, great informative video. I finally learned the difference between لازم with, and without the attached suffix pronoun. Thank you! I just have a question about 6:45 . What’s the difference between using ل and حتى ? I feel like حتى has sooo many different meanings. Like, you could also replace حتى with عشان. So confusing! 😅 Also wondering , what’s the different between لازمني and انا محتاج ?
@LearnArabicwithManar
@LearnArabicwithManar Год назад
Ahlan Cole 👋🏼 shukran 💐 You are right 'hhatta' has many different meanings and can be replaced with other words sometimes. I have a full lesson about 'hhatta'check it out.
