Another weird fact: if you don't do Geno in the ruins you can go to snowdin and kill more monsters than you can in Geno. Each room has a kill count once the room has exhausted it's kill count it'll not let you encounter enemies there anymore. Do this for every room in Snowdin an potential you can fight normal martlet at lvl 9?!?! (You can't get to lvl 9 in Geno until after martlet trust me I tried) then you can the exact same thing in the dunes and you should end up at lvl 12 or 13 depending on who you kill. Steamworks doesn't give any exp besides axis. You can still go to the hospital at lvl 13 and get 84/68 HP which I thought was kinda funny :3

​@@johay899she tries to chase after you but she melts before she reaches you, giving you lv 20 qnyways. in mtt resort, flowey talks about how clover seemed to doubt their actions, finishing off with "Look, they probably put up their defenses, so i'll see what we can do, but hey! On the bright side, you got a brand new ability, correct? with this, asgore doesnt stand a chance against you!". On the way to asgore, you hear flowey muttering to himself from under the ground, "huh... that's odd... where are the save points at?", once you get to asgore, many things could happen, but if they end up fighting there, flowey would likely get angry at clover for killing the king before he got to show the souls, and feeling afraid once he realizes that he cant reload, you get the choice to either spare him and go to the surface without revealing the soul jars, or you shoot him.

Tbf aborting uty's geno run when you're going to go to steamworks afterwards would mean nothing knowing that theres no living person on steamworks, a better example of an evacuation neutral run happening would be aborting on snowdin martlet and having evacuation neutral run-style changes on the dunes

It was smthing i considered when making it and although tempting, you wouldn't be past the 'point of no return' yet here (since you can still spare Axis later on, that line is really only ever crossed after his death) On another note, another idea was just to have Ceroba Sans dunk you which woulda been quite humorous, courtesy of the man, the myth, the legend: Doru

Try looking up 'Dust Devil'! It's a fan mod in the making which centers around that and looks pretty good in every regard! I'll probably hold off on doing it since others are already attempting it, and better

There's already a mod for UTY that makes the elevator in the hotel functional on neutral allowing you to go to Asgore and get a similar ending to Flawed Pacifist.

​@@Turbulation1whats asgore's dialogue when you go to him without martlet? Is the dialogue any different if its an aborted geno run after ceroba's death? Do you resist more hits than in flawed pacifist?

I know, I know, I tried framing it more like she's become too weakened to fight back and having no choice other than to accept mercy, tried to show it a bit more with how she attempts to fight clover even after but ultimately falls back down due to being too beaten to continue (Very unrelated example, but, think of it like how you have to weaken pokemon so you have an increased chance of trapping them in a ball, similar to that!) The whole reason for this being made is morso due to the yellow name oversight once she's weakened, made me go, 'What if?'

Sparing dalv is actually better because you can temporarily lose your no mercy route to get the scarf side quest and then kill all of snowdin afterwards to continue it. The scarf makes snowdin martlet and ceroba the uncerobing so much easier. You might argue that you’ll be underleveled but not if you kill the higher exp monsters in each area. You can look up which those are yourself. Makes me wonder if you could do this with ceroba in this hypothetical scenario.

I don't understand how you could think the geno route is justified at all, especially in UT (when looking at Frisk's POV). Both UT and UTY's geno routes are completely based on hunting down and exterminating monsters, all for power. Its worse in UT because saving and loading is something Frisk would be aware of. If you were in the same position as them, you'd have the moral responsibility to do a pacifist route, because you know its possible to get past everyone with very little fighting.

​@@evilness3404its more of a morally grey situation, frankly, you mostly have a point with undertale given that youve got enemies like toriel, papyrus, mkid, etc. that would be hard to justify, but in undertale yellow, thats mostly different, for one, clover doesnt have control over the save file, flowey does, therefore, they have no memory of what happened and its as if it was their first time here, theres no argument about moral responsibility from clover's pov, althrough, most endings in uty lead to clover dying without knowing what happens later, so they arent morally obligated to do a pacifist route even if clover could remember resets, for all they know, monsterkind would incite a war against humanity after they get the 7th human soul, its a morally grey situation no matter what. With 7 human souls, a monster can become god and be able to defeat humanity in a war, thats reason enough to worry about monsters being a potential risk to humanity (especially muffet if she finds out that humans kill spiders), so therefore, clover is eliminating potential threats, look at it from clover's pov, they went down to find the fallen humans, and many monsters are trying to kill clover, so therefore, clover would think that theyre violent, so killing them could be somewhat understandable, maybe they killed the 5 humans. You can spare Dalv without aborting genocide, so he wont count. Now, Martlet, one thing is clear, clover doesnt seem to want to kill her, in fact, you can argue that clover is only shooting martlet to get her to go away, which is why they let her go twice, so there's no ill intent until much later. Clover doesnt know anything about starlo when they meet him, all they know is that he challenges them to a seemingly deadly dual, so seeing it from that angle, its no wonder why clover chooses to shoot him. Ceroba is trying to kill clover, so self-defense. Axis's first encounter makes it very clear why clover gets pissed off at him. When he scans clover, he threatens them and almost starts a fight before clover proceeds to shoot, so you could argue that clover sees the robots as human-killing machines, feeling vindicated when axis reveals that he killed the integrity human soul. Zenith Martlet, there are many reasons for clover to change their mind, maybe axis's reveal fully convinced clover that monsters are savage and that even martlet deserves death for being part of it due to her royal guard status. Overall, most enemies killed by clover werent innocent, and can choose to let go those who were innocent, so really, many kills in uty could be easily justified if you look at it from clover's pov. Clover isnt hunting down monsters for power, but for justice. Kind of morally grey, tbh.

Oh yeah, what the comment above me just said! In the second phase the borders of the box start draining your health if you touch 'em, you may have been accidentally hugging the box there and that's why your health started dropping, took me a while to figure that out also :,)

If you're referring to the sound delay on Ceroba's cutscene, that's more just me at fault since I didn't properly time the voice blips right, allat was in an actual editor! Aesprite itself was only used twice to animate the Ceroba cutscene and flowey bit, both have the same consistency as the regular gameplay sprinkled here, I'm not quite sure what you mean here Also forgive me if I'm wrong but you're the creator 'Undertale: True Genocide' right? Great to meet you if so! I think I remember playing a demo a long while ago, when I was a wee JQR'ling, it was pretty cool when I first got into the fan-stuff!
