Demons cant come close to ethereals, not even shadow can, cuz as shadow we raid in groups, with the lowest number being 4 shadows, plus titan cant take all the 100x health level of tier 2/3/4 ethereals,just because they are unlocked in later dans and give better rewards doesnt mean they are stronger, as tenebris is stronger than gatekeeper.
