fantastic!! Thanks so much for this video - I have been looking for something to help my son with as I know he has undiagnosed Ptsd and was being treated for something else even though I know that this condition was at the Very root of it 😊 Thankyou So much bye 🙋

I’m glad I just found you. I think you are definitely right. I have been diagnosed with anxiety, severe depression, religious ocd. I have had many traumatic experiences in my life so this makes sense, but have not been diagnosed with PTSD. I am currently in therapy for OCD, but even with this I experience triggers. Had a mentally unstable child hood with fear of my dad who had schizophrenia. My 6 year old son died, 2 family members murmured. Estrangement of close family member, due to trauma. Suicide of a friend and more. I crashed 12.5 months ago. I think you are correct in your thinking about this.
