Your early extension problem isn't really a problem but rather an unavoidable result of your initial intention. You're swinging or attempting to manipulate the clubhead to move in the direction of the desired ball flight at impact, which is upward and therefore that's the direction your head moves because is has to to allow that motion to happen. If you watch professionals like Tommy Fleetwood or Juaquin Neimann (the two most obvious) their head moves down and backward as they swing through impact - because that's the direction they are swinging or more specifically, sending or directing their force. Yes, I know, to the common observer that makes no sense, but that's because few people actually understand that the golf club is a lever and not just a stick with a lump of metal at the end. Levers redirect and multiply force when used properly. As Archimedes said, "Give me a lever long enough and a fulcrum on which to place it, and I shall move the world." The golf club is by far the most efficient human powered tool to propel a golf ball far and accurately. Nothing else even comes close.
Ditto - loving the AI Trainer beta. I hope you will also make a video highlighting your feedback of the new courses on Refine+ and whether it's worth $2,000. Many thanks.
Haha. I mean to be honest I really don’t think the average golfer should use it to change their own swing. They should work with a swing coach and use the information to help be more efficient or remote instruction etc. There is a reason the best golfers in the world have swing coaches :) Thanks for watching!
No club data?? Do you have a sticker on the wedge? Id like to see someone’s unit produce accurate club data. I’m having a hell of a time getting mine to do so
I didn’t have a club sticker on for this demonstration. I can try to do a club data video soon. It’s been decent for me other than a few outliers early on but I haven’t really testing a lot of club data on MINI in a little while.
