Hi there Linda, we hope you received our previous reply! We're sorry to read that you're having some trouble with your eyeliner transferring and smudging. We've got some tips to help with this that we hope you'll find helpful. We find that eyeliner works best on clean and, most importantly, dry eyelids. Tip 1: Sometimes eyeliner smudging can be due to the area around the eye being a little oily, so switching to an oil-free eye cream (if you use one) can really help. Alternatively, if you love your current eye cream, apply a little less (and not so near to the lashes); then, once the cream has soaked in, take a tissue and blot away any excess oil left over from the cream. Tip 2. As well as trying the above tip, take a little translucent powder and, with a small fluffy brush, delicately dust around the eye area before makeup application; this also helps soak up any residue oil or moisture from the skin and helps reduce mascara smudging.
