So happy you finally got to see the Heelin’ Coos !! You guys are showing off Scotland in such a fantastic and enthusiastic way - I feel Tourism Scotland miss a (huge) trick with guys like yourselves. Happy and safe travels peeps; look forward to the next fantastic instalment. 👍✌🏻😀
We have our own rescue Highland cow, he lived in our van when we travelled the Scottish isles. It is somewhat disturbing they have so many trapped on the inter island ferries. Our grandson now looks after him. Unfortunately we couldn't post his picture for you in the comments. Enjoying your Scottish adventure.
This episode has some peak-level Keely in it! 🤣🤣 That's not to say Philly's Bruce Almighty reference wasn't also deeply appreciated! But really glad the highland cows got ticked from the list. ❤️❤️😎👍xx
His impression was pretty flipping good wasn't it! Honestly soo soo soon happy (I'm not sure if you could tell 😜) to FINALLY see those flipping cows, incredible!!!
Wow what beautiful scenery, From what you have showed , The countryside is undescribable! I'm glad Keeley finally got to see her cows. Scotland should be paying you for all the free advertisement of their beautiful country!
Positive vibes, no insulting peoples intelligence with fake drama, you found some nice spots on your travels. Interaction with local people is an area you don't seem to film , some banter with the local people adds a real dimension to your experience.
Not everyone likes to be filmed and we try to avoid putting people in a situation they aren't comfortable with, maybe one day we will be more ballsy about filming other people, but probably not any time soon ahha
So glad you made it up to Durness and all it has to offer. I think everyone is shocked by how stunning the north west is the first time they go there. Great to see those roads and mountains again. The last Tim I was up there were highland cows walking around freely near the beach you stopped at after Smoo Cave. They were so cute and gave you a look that you knew wasn’t to be messed with 😂
So glad you finally got to see the highland cows. They are gorgeous aren't they? If you want to hug some - we just did that in Alaska. We got to hang out and cuddle with both adults and baby cows. One of our trip highlights for sure.
I totally share your love of the Highland cow! I was lucky enough to be able to stroke the fur of one last April and I was surprised it’s not soft! But wow, what an experience (for a city girl!!). I was so excited!!
Hiya guys hope all is well, honestly i was only searching scottish rugby and your channel popped up and now wont go away...lol😂:) anyway traveled the UK bout 20+yrs ago🤔 I have nothing but fond memories, every where throughout the uk is beautiful but if you want my opinion the Scottish people are probably sitting on the best patch of dirt out of all of the uk when it comes to scenery absolutely gorgeous, i remember i couldn't understand a single word the Scott's were saying, but after a few whiskeys later i was speaking their language...lol:) thanks for sharing your experience as it brought back mine enjoy the rest of your journey guys keep safe stay well, God bless🙏 much love from new zealand❤
Thanks so much John 🥰🥰 first person to have found us through Scottish rugby 🤣🤣 it really is incredible here, glad it brought back som fond memories for ya!
I absolutely love you guys. ❤. You are my favourite vanlife RU-vidrs. I’m so excited Keeley found her Highland Cow. Your love and excitement brought tears to my eyes. Love the video as always and I’m already looking forward to next week, so I can watch your further adventures. ❤❤
You guys are hard-core swimmers. Scotland's water maybe nice, but it is without doubt absolutely freezing. Another feel good video guys. Enjoyed it very much. Keely's laugh is wicked. Makes me smile every time.
So sorry you didn’t get to do the boat ride into Smoo cave. It’s a magical place. I feel like I want to go back and live on the north coast again watching you enjoying it. I think and hope you will see more Highland cows as you travel east. Anyway you had an experience you’ll never forget with your friendly highland cow. BTW a I love your plaits Keely, hair and not necessary imho and Philly’s highland cow fringe was just like the real thing 😂
Guys! That tap with bad aim....you need a Colapz hose - game changer! 👌🏻 Absolutely love your videos. I watched them myself to hear Northern Irish comrades whilst living in England and my English wife started listening whilst pretending to be asleep and got hooked too! 😅
Scotland is honestly so epic!! Because our van has been giving us bother during our time in Scotland we have decided to do Norway next summer instead to give us time to get her fixed and catch the good weather. So we got some very epic plans for after Scotland which we are SUPER excited about 💪🚐
That cow on the bike would make a good sticker. Just had 10 days going round Loch Lomond, Glencoe and Isle of Skye myself, just got back today 7pm and watching your episode.
Finally found a Highland coo. Driven those knarly roads earlier this year. I am on the NC500 now!. Parked up at Bonar Bridge. Lovely free carpark by the river. 24hr toilets. Just up the road, Falls of Shin, full motorhome service parkup with free water, pay disposal of toilet waste and electric hook up. Excellent place to stay, forest walks and falls of Shin river. Enjoy yourselfs.
KEELY, YOU TOUCHED THE HORN OF A HIGHLAND COW!!!!! 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 OMG!!!!! YOU CAME, YOU SAW AND YOU TOUCHED, A HIGHLAND COW. 🤏🫴🐂🦬 You did it!!! Incredible. Beautiful scenes. You have the best videos. The very best of the very best. I am so happy for you. Seriously guys, you are amazing. Your channel always makes me smile for dayyyyys. Love you ❤
Isn't it stunning? We did it in May, much quiter then, and threw in the Isle of Skye as well. Even stopped in several places you guys did as well. We want to return already ❤
Another fabulous video guys. Beautiful scenery. I love your energy & enthusiasm for life! Keely I nearly cried happy tears for you when you saw the cows 😊
Love love Scotland ❤ but your excitement and joy of seeing and touching, a highland cow was the best! Did you manage to see a baby highland moo calf, honestly they are in the next level of cuteness. But I agree highland cows are the simply gorgeous. And if you ever manage to hug a cow (tame one of course 😂) that is heaven. Our pet steer gives the best hugs 🥰
Keely! YOU SAW YOUR COOS!! 🥰 And so sorry we have so many uphills here, but good training for Ben Nevis! Can't wait for that one! Haha! Gorgeous vid as always, darling people! Huge love.
It is such a shame. We drove that rode 52 years ago on a family holiday. We stayed in Ullapool and then drove North to just past Cape Wrath where we stayed for a week and then we drove around and down the East coast and hardly saw a soul.
That was epic, l am so happy you got to see your highland coos, l love them, we actually have them here in Australia, my favourite. As per usual you beautiful humans make our day xx love you heaps from your Aussie friend.
You don't need to come to Gloucestershire now you've seen the Highland cows in their natural habitat. Very beautiful that area, but surely the Irish coast is beautiful too.
Sooo happy you got to see the cows! They are adorable! Lots of swimming this episode! Made me want to jump in, too! Can’t wait to see the NC500!!! Safe travels to your next big adventure!! 🌴🌴🌴
Thanks so much Carina 🥰🥰 we are soooo buzzed about our plans after Scotland. But really excited to share the last couple of weeks in Scotland with you all cuz it really feels like it just keeps getting better haha.
Hi guys, ah keely ur dream came through the Highland cow in all their glory! Nc 500 is a must in the new year, thanks for giving me a sneak preview, keep rocking 😎
Well we have gone and done it. Our trip to Ireland in October is less than 40 days away. We reserved a campervan for our adventure!!! Whee!!!! We are getting soo excited!!! Now to figure out how to find where we can park it at night!! 👌😁👌
Soo Glad You's got good weather to enjoy Our Beautiful Country and make such a Fantastique video!! Thumbs Up from Me and You've got a New subscriber.👍 Take Care and Enjoy.❤ Neil
Aww thanks so much Neil 🥰🥰 glad to have you subbed. We really did luck out with the weather didn't we!! Such a pleasure to fly the drone in that golden light 😍
New video new video new video 🎉🎉. Time to finish my stuff and get a snack and a drink and lpad it up on the big tv. I mean. Who doesnt want to see phillys long hair or keelys bun at oled 55” 4k. Right? Cant wait to watch this. And i am happy to see you sorted out the upload !
we live in the Highlands. I drive the NC500 up past Scourie regularly for work and havent seen half of this stuff. Time to do more exploring it seems 🤨.
Absolutely stunning. I’m gonna head up in middle of October (first time ever in Scotland) I think it might be a bit chilly then, but hopefully that should mean no midges lol. Just me and the dog so nobody to please, if the weather allows I’m going to just sit on one of those beaches all day long.
@@phillyandkeely now that is a great point 👍 I absolutely love the colour of trees in Autumn. Thanks for the wishes for good weather 👍 I am a night owl and I know it’s going to get dark early so I’ve got myself a portable fire pit, hopefully I can sit out by the fire for a bit at night if it’s not too windy and rainy 🤞
yay for finding highland cows!! at last! I was gonna see out the Isle of Bute ones n send u footage in case u didn't find em ❤👏👏👏🏴 love how much your loving Scotland ! I feel like that bout where I live like I cant take a bad pic x
Well worth waiting for this video. The scenery is stunning and just gets better and better. You can really tell thst you are both enjoying every moment and have been blessed this time with great weather which definitely makes a big difference. Loving the cows and animals along the way. Hope you get more good weather this week. Veronica💚👍☺️☀️☀️👏👏👏
Thanks Veronica 🥰🥰 such an incredible country, cannot wait to show you guys the next video!! I thought this was the best animal experience we would have in Scotland but this weeks video is even more magical if possible!!!
glad you are enjoying you visit. Try Dunnet beach I think you will like it.BUT stay out of Dunnet forest which is just across the road very bad for tick at the moment
Just catching up with RU-vid vids as we’ve been on Isle of Harris and internet signal was naff in cottage . It’s ok though got a life and looked at the views and read loads ! Love you two , take great footage as always.. we stopped at Achmelvich in a cottage up on the tops ( nearer to a secret smaller beach round from the main one ) about 20 years ago with my parents and our young kids ( now in late 20’s ) much quieter then ! Still looks amazing though . It was there that set us off on nearly always going to Scotland for holidays! Keeley, glad you got to see your highland cows and Philly knew your Bruce Almighty reference straight away , loved it !! Will watch your latest vid soon . Keep entertaining us please you really are one of the best van lifers on RU-vid 👍xx
Really enjoyed watching the latest edition of your adventures.. Wonderful scenery wow...as usual you pair are great craic...have fun and look forward to the next video
So happy you guys are having such amazing times. Watching your trip, and being a coast addict myself I think I would prefer the coastal route than the 500, thanks so much for sharing with us, your hard work is MUCH appreciated, you deserved the cows Keely😄🤗
You’ve certainly been blessed with good weather on your first few days and you’ve blessed us with some stunning views and scenery. The beaches and colour of the sea are amazing. Glad you got to see the highland cows Keely, made you day. As I’ve said before Scotland has some of the best beaches and scenery. It was worth the extra day waiting to watch.
If you would please put the dates you filmed each video, I sure many of us would greatly appreciate it. I hope to go next year and knowing when you were there would be great!! Travel safe!!!!!
Keely... my wife screamed for me to pull over on a busy road so she could get out and look at some donkeys. Almost wrecked doing it 😂😂😂😂 enjoy your cows 😅
such a laugh with you and your 'coos' ,we used to see them in Callander at the trossachs woolen mill, they had a famous coo called hamish, i think they still have some, i was a bit worried because they dont mean it but those horns pack a punch , my daughter knows, didnt hurt fortunatley!
