This video is very informative and helped me decide finally to buy some! And losing 5 pounds without any added exercise is a big jump honestly that's amazing!
I add sambucus elderberry liquid and promegranete powder to the 20 (not 15) drops of chlorophyll in a water bottle and it's like a fruit drink. Just saying. Love it! 3 time a day.
What an amazing potion this is. You are the 2nd person that I've heard lost weight from taking chlorophyll. Congratulations on you'r weight loss. The mental clarity I'm thinking doesn't chlorophyll make you get more oxygen into you'r bloodstream? If it does perhaps that's why it helps with mental clarity. Thank you for this video. God bless you.
Another remedy that chlorophyll helps with that no one knows about and the way I found out about it is that I had a capped tooth that was inflamed causing tooth pain. It was excruciating but I took a tablespoon of the liquid and the pain was gone. This was way before it became a trend, many years ago. I've kept it in my house refrigerator for myself and my family ever since, the best remedy for oral health or toothaches in my opinion, I've had nothing else work better.
I went to your first video the then to this one and that is my problem, my hemoglobin in low so I'm always tired and this is not just a deficiency of iron, my iron levels are great. It's an auto-immune issue. I will be taking shots this coming Tuesday, but meanwhile I will be taking the Chlorophyll and I'll see if it works for me. Thanks for not making a complicated video trying to sound medical and speaking above the average persons head-I appreciate that.
Simply Stacie “ thank you so mucho for this information, I just got a bottle of chlorophyll , I have anemia and I also need to lose weight. I’ll start today, can wait! Blessings 🙏🏻🥰😍
I've been taking it for about a week 2x a day, I guess I will go step on the scales to see of I've lost any weight. I wasn't aware of that aspect of chlorophyll.
Me and my gf are taking chlorophyll for almost 1 month from KIKI Health (because it's just chlorophyll (alfafa exttract and purified water) we have been having different results. I can say that my body odor is getting better (but I also use Glycolic acid on my armpits) and my bowl movements are ok but as far as feeling energized or pooping green or losing weight or having clear skin not really. My gf says that her poops are green, feels energized, her skin is getting better (she has acne issues) and overall she feels good while I just feel meh. I might give another update here in two months.
This is my sign to get back on it 😅 I've stopped taking it for a few months and I actually did gain my weight back😔 really is proof that it kept me healthier
@@thehomeadmin , You look amazing, regardless! A friend of mine just reminded me the other day of how as women, we are way too hard on ourselves. I shared with her that I felt like I was gaining too much weight. Her response? "Please, stop being critical of my friend, cause she's amazing." Do it for yourself if you want to, but remember not to be too hard on YOU. The world does that enough already. I hope that my original comment did not come off as judgemental, that was not my intent.❤
When I was having my kids up to 37yrs ago they recommended chlorophyll as a natural help to anemia. The benefits and uses of it have been around and known about for many years.
I just took my first dose 🙂 just drank it with A little of my green tea took like three gulps, mine says to not take it on empty stomach. Im eating now but I’m really excited to see what this does for me. Thank you for the video!!
i’m only watching this video because I just saw a charge on my Amazon account that my wife purchased a $40 bottle of chlorophyll and I thought to myself what in the world? She buys into any crazy scheme for the health industry as long as it makes promises that it’s good for you. But I have yet to see anything over-the-counter that is a diet supplement besides the basic vitamins, and even those are questionable, that would be anything more beneficial than just eating a healthy diet and avoid anything with more than two or three ingredients, especially ones that you can’t even pronounce, but this one was a first so I thought I’d check it out and I have to say I haven’t found a lot of videos videos that talk down on it. In a nutshell, it seems like if it’s over-the-counter and it’s not and it’s original packaging, a.k.a. a husk or a rind or in its flesh, it’s probably hocus-pocus and abracadabra.
