We are a family of 5 living life in North Pole, Alaska! Where Santa Claus House is right down the street! We love spending time together as a family, having fun, learning through homeschooling, growing in our faith, and building our forever home! Why do I cry at seeing Nana at the airport? Does anyone else not know this family personally but still get so excited for Nana showing up? This is her second surprise visit for a launch and both times I cried. 🤷‍♀️

My husband used to watch your videos with me and would say how beautiful your home was and how breathtaking Alaska was. He passed suddenly in 2018 but not to bring sadness in what I am expressing to you but to say how inspiring you both are in your walk with the Lord but just how caring your little family is to. Thank you again for being who God has inspired you to be. ❤️🙏

Okay what I love most about these donation videos is that Bert (and Jessica!) buy more than the cheapest and bare-minimum. They buy that extra thing that makes it better (today it was the specialty homework).

My guess was that it is Nana from Arizona. Jessica you had said in a previous video that your mother had been part of all your launches from the beginning. Bert and Jessica your family is so so lovely. How you give back and God is so beautifully showing up in all that you do on your channel. Jessica your relationship with your Mom reminds me of my own Mother. We lost her this year in May. It has been super difficult not having her for all the special moments but I know in my heart that she is not in pain and she is with Jesus. Thank you all for being such an amazing family. You guys have done such a good job with all of your kids, but my goodness Audrey is 14 and still holds daddy's hand on the way into the store "melt my momma heart" I grew up way too quickly and the things I was doing at 13 are not what I would want for any 13 yr old really but just to see the difference. Hold on to your childhood as long as you can sweet girl❤

I cried when I saw nana arrived, I sadly lost my precious beautiful mum 2 days ago and family was everything to her. I cherish all the wonderful memories we've made and it warms my heart to see your lovely family doing the same and the random acts of kindness are so touching xx

I am so glad to see Nana. Your family is so giving to others who have nothing❤✝️ I have been unable to work, because of multiple strokes on October 4th, 2021. I am miracle because I can walk. It has been tough this year. Without my family I would have never made it. Watching your videos has brought alot of joy in my heart. God Bless your family for their kindness❤❤

I staff at a Pregnancy Support Center and you do not know what a blessing it is to staff and volunteers when special people like you drop by with donations. What she said about being out and thinking she would have to go out and purchase items, only to have precious donors drop by at the exact time- only God knows and He always provides. Thank you for letting Him use you to answer your local Pregnancy Center's prayers. Just mailed you a Christmas Card today!! Great to see Nana there with you. Love each other good, Sis' Maria in NC

I had the lactose free formula for my kids. The soy stuff smells nasty and my kids can’t handle soy or regular milk and never have been able to. The center does the best for the babies they help. Thank you for helping Momma’s and their babies.

Please keep us in your prayers as my dad’s funeral is tomorrow early morning and I can travel so have to watch it streamed. 😭 just a month after my stepson of 17 years (34 healthy) was buried from dying of Covid. We adopted a family for Christmas from the women’s shelter for domestic violence and it not shocked me but mom asked for essentials for the kids! Diapers socks, warm clothes, shampoo, lotion,toothpaste… those were first on her list not toys! It’s crazy ppl don’t have access to soap! If you can… please give! If you can’t don’t feel ashamed to ask for help if you need it!! Love you guys!! I’m gonna spend way too much on the launch tomorrow! I’ve been waiting!!!! For you to offer the red hoodie!! I missed it first launch!

I have an idea for acts of kindness during Christmas…sometimes the elderly and even some younger people are in dire need of medication such as insulin and can’t afford medicine due to lack of insurance or simply not enough money to pay for meds.
