I'm sorry you all hate your bodies. I'm sure they're lovely! I pray that some of you are able to see a therapist to discuss these body insecurities. I wish I were one and could take away your pain. But, one thing that might help is looking for your good qualities, no matter how small they may seem to you. Maybe you have a gorgeous smile, or beautiful eyes, or a really cute nose! Compliment yourself on even the little things. Also, remind yourself what practical qualities your body has. It allows you to breathe, see, touch, and hear, to experience this glorious world! Additionally, maybe try and see your perceived flaws from a positive perspective. Maybe there are good things about your "flaws" that you never realized. For instance, sometimes I struggle with loving my slightly pudgy belly, but recently I've realized that having a bit of pudge can actually make you quite comfy to cuddle! Sure, I'm no supermodel, but you don't have to be to be loveable! If anyone judges you for your flaws, well, then those people just aren't the right people for you! Besides, how you treat yourself, your loved ones, and the world around you should matter and will matter more to decent human beings than what you look like.

When wait staff hand customers the food menu it has items that some people are allergic to but it's not cause to freak out; If you have an issue with an item you can't come down on an employee for offering a product they sell, that person is just doing his/her job. A simple "No thank you," would be suffice. You can only avoid this by choosing establishments that do not have a liquor license. You may take offense however you know well enough that the employee was certainly not aware of your issue and may actually get in trouble for NOT offering you the wine list. This is how they make their money.

My grandma has a crazy ass story about her much older cousin that was drafted to the navy in ww2 (german side) and he started to have a gay affair with a fellow soldier until the end of the war. He came home found a girlfriend he wanted to marry, then the soldier he'd been raw-dogging in the submarine found him and blackmailed him to leave the girlfriend and be gay with him or he'd tell the police about their homosexual affair (mind you that was in russian occupation). Not knowing what to do he hung himself. She tells this story so disengaged. And ends with: It was the war, girl. He was close to death... It's incredibly fun, even though it's a sad story.
