They're things that Sorcerors and Shamans can get via an accessory for the Sorceror and a staff for the Shaman. The Sorceror one is kind of a meme but Shaman's can do some respectable damage since it gets extra damage if the target is debuffed.

Damn that was so cool to see how the combat is supposed to go, I basically went monkey and threw stuff against the wall for the whole game, not ever understanding how stuff worked, and even now I couldn't recreate what you did even if my life depended on it... but I know one thing: Life Blow good.
