Unihertz Titan Hands-On: Not just a BlackBerry knockoff 

I hope phones like this never stop being made...I've been using BlackBerry Phones since 2010...and nothing beats the accuracy of pressing a button as a matter I'm typing this on my BlackBerry Keyone.

I feel like these tech guys who hate physical keyboards grew up with their first cell phone being the iphone.

I can tell you if Blackberry's stop being made...this will be for me. I dont game. If it can handle FB, Twitter, IG and text email etc... this will be my new phone. A full review would be good as well. Thanks for the video.

This is really the Titan of Blackberry Passport Titan, because Blacberry Passport really was Titan of Blackberry company. Finally we have here new version we all waited and wanted for. This phone is just come out now and maybe have some small issues, but over time with new releases all will be fixed! SUPPORT!

I want one, always preferred this more square shape like blackberrys were. Keyone and 2 were long and thin.

For sure ordering this. Always wanted to go back to a physical keyboard but was never willing to shell out as much as you need to with Blackberry and Samsung and such.

I loved my BB Passport. The square display was amazing. If only there was better Android support (or even Android OS) on it. This kind of fits the bill, though! I live in Alaska, and this would be perfect. It's rugged, and having physical keys are nice in the freezing cold. Another thing, it rains A LOT here. I'd like to see how weatherproof this is. Touchscreens don't work well in the rain at all compared to physical keys, and I wonder how this would hold up.

I'd like to know more about the functionality of the phone. Thumb unlock and such. I have a Note 8 and want to know - with the exception if Bixby (bleh), SPen - if it will be compatible in function.

Also they do have global language support in the hardware keyboard (only 9) so watch out if it will work with your language.

We need more qwerty android phones. Glad to see physical buttons are coming back. You just can't replace a sense of pressing an actual button. Using KeyOne myself btw!

Most of it's problems then can be addressed with updates. Question is, will they release those updates? This is a phone I've been thinking of getting because I love hardware keyboards, which I why I used to use a Blackberry Priv. Watching this review makes me want to hold off for a while until some things are fixed

Currently using the company first smartphone model --- Jelly Pro! The only concerns now are the extreme small screen and low capacity of battery. Seem like, this one can fulfill my requirements as well. Looking forward for a full review (y)

I'd love to see a resurgence of physical keyboard phones. Sliders, clamshells, flip keyboards... I sure do miss those kinds of phones. All phones coming out nowadays are just so similar looking that I can't even tell them apart. Bring back keyboard sliding phones! It would be so so awesome if there was a physical keyboard sliding phone, with an Amoled 1440p screen, at least 90hz, stereo speakers, 3.5mm headphone jack, Snapdragon 855, at least 8gb ram, Android 9 pie, triple cameras in the back... Oohhhh man... Can you imagine?! Can't someone please start a petition or something to Samsung or Sony or LG already???

How's the keyboard input, does it have the Swipe gestures similar to what we saw on the Blackberrys?

For me blackberry passport had the best keyboard i've ever used. I typed fast and more accurately since i had to press the buttons and not just touch them I like with software keyboard... miss it so much.

I absolutely loved the passport and never had a faster typing speed ever again after I had to stop using it.

Ah retro. Android started as a attempt to clone Blackberry. Look at Android v1.6 and the phones that came with it.

Wow. This took me by surprise. Looks so much like the Passport. Interesting. Will keep my eye on it, although, I really like the BlackBerry version of Android so I think my next device will be a KEY2 (currently on a Priv), or I will just keep my fingers crossed for a newer "BlackDroid."

Vor einem Monat habe ich ein Unihertz Pro-Telefon bestellt, weil ich ein kleines Telefon haben wollte. Im Prinzip hat mir das Telefon gefallen, aber von Anfang an gab es Probleme mit WLAN 5 Hz, dann passierte nichts. WLAN 5 Hz funktionierte nicht. Ich musste das Telefon zurückgeben. Ich bestellte es Unihertz Atom und dort dass das telefon zuerst versucht, auf wifi 5 Hz umzuschalten dauert es 05-10 minuten, dann verbindet es sich für kurze zeit mit wifi 2.4hz, aber dann wiederholt sich alles. Ich kann nicht nur keine Wi-Fi-Verbindung verwenden - all diese Versuche belasten den Akku, können Programmierer diesen Fehler wirklich nicht beheben? Ich habe acht weitere Telefone von verschiedenen Firmen zu Hause, aber sie funktionieren alle ohne Beschwerden. Ich mag das Telefon. Ich würde es gerne verlassen, aber ich kann ein solches Problem nicht ertragen. zu wichtige Funktion für den normalen Betrieb des Telefons !!! kannst du etwas tun?

I love that phone I hope it's available in the US market because I'm looking for that kind of phone because I hate phones are only have touch screens I miss my Blackberry and I missed a qwerty keyboard but the new Blackberries are not water resistant and not waterproof big mistake that the company was making Blackberry now has made not making the phones water resistant or waterproof someone needs to let them know that it got to make it waterproof or water-resistant thanks and this is a blessing in disguise that I found his videos thumbs up and I will subscribe if I haven't yet anyway God bless you man you're the best keep up the great work

Absolutely loved my BlackBerry Passport SE and Z10 and it's a shame BB took so long to develop BB10 after iOS and Android launched.

Retro Games like rtcw, quake, doom and Half-Life would work perfectly on this device with the keyboard

I've got a BB KeyOne and am seriously looking at this phone. The KeyOne keyb is too narrow for my taste, and a ruggedised device is always good.

How did they get away with the.touch sensitive keyboard . I bet blackberry has a patent on that.

picking up where blackberry left off. the passport was damn cool and there are probably a few people out there who really, really wanted an Android version of it... this may well be their answer and for that I am glad this random phone exists.

I just got a Unihertz Titan and it exceeded my expectations. It is absolutely fantastic. The evaluator is very biased and wrong. for him to say... "I have never had a passport " completely invalidates everything he says.

I'm currently looking around at phones with a physical keyboard because I personally find the touchscreen keyboards far too cramped for my hands and fingers. If I'm even slightly off-center, I end up hitting two letters all the time and hovering my fingers over the keys and chicken-pecking at this sort of keyboard makes sending anything beyond a few sentences an absolute nightmare of corrections and rewriting
