I learn so much from your videos. I have a Hire Vue interview scheduled and your content is giving me more & more confidence. Thank you for all the examples and tidbits to help us ace our interviews 🙏.
@@mayagaliyeva5659 It was nerve-racking at first but it's no different than interviewing with an actual recruiter. My interview was 15mins long with 5 or 6 questions. It was timed (2mins to respond after the question is asked and a 30 sec prep time) and did not allow a redo (some companies do) so you have to be prepared with your answers. Also, practice in front of your phone camera, that help me alot. Overall, preparation is key.
If you're still monitoring this channel, I had an answer to What is your weakness. Just wanted to get your opinion about it. Of course, a lot of your examples in plan to create my own answers from that. Here is the answer I learned (from my dad, but I like it). Well, I've learned we've all had weaknesses in different areas. I just take the time to work on mine when I run across them.
@@hadiqakayani2063 tbh quite decent. they brought up the technical stuff first, and then moved onto career aspirations and how Unilever would help me with that etc etc. it was v friendly. I had a great time
Hi Richard, thank you for your video. Your answers are impressive, however I wonder would it be more value-adding if you explain your previous work experience and relevant education during the first introduction. From what I can see, your introduction consists of mostly "soft" personalities and understandings of the role, but not your "hard" skills and actual items.
Question for any one here who’s interviewed and been accepted by unilever. I recently passed the hirevue interview and got a text stating I made it to the final round which includes going in for an all day interview with other potential interns. That was 4 weeks ago. I never heard anything beyond that and don’t know who to contact.
Hi, I am a current UFLP and I applied for the role last year. The discovery centres were last year around Jan and I believe I got my invitation for them around early jan late December, so most likely they are still being set up. For most questions email the Unilever grad email account as they will know best, or contact the early careers account on social media.

Appreciate the video, but honest question ... Some of the things said sound way too over the top for me ... the interviewers are also normal human beings like me and you, won't they say anything about those kind of "too perfect" answers?
everything at 2:41 is not of too much importance as it slightly deviates from your uniqueness. EVeryone can suggest to having those capabilities, what should be unique is that you should give examples to prove that
@@CareerVidz lol, my teacher used to say that you should give some real-life examples alongside it, like having a particular experience to strengthen your position to the HR side.
Hi sir, what if im just going for an internship at unilever, still in final year degree, doesnt have any working in terms of the corporate world, and i would like to continue work from there after the internship, so what should i do or say to these questions? My results aint that great, i would say average, just hope they will accept me to their interview!

@@adeyemiadeyeba9537 it's of 3 stages, behavioural and situational judgement or so. Them the third is a recorded video interview, unfortunately, I was unable to do that due to language barriers, I got in touch with them and I was advised to please find Nigerian openings as They'll need someone that can speak Chinese Iin the role I picked before. So I am waiting for the Nigerian opening of the role I applied for before. But follow his videos, you'll be so confident for any type of interview you wanna do. So I'll advise you follow all the links he dropped here and search for more! They have helped me in several ways. He'll surely help you pass your videos.
