This is great drawing, I love how the web looks, and the spider looks so real. It seems to be missing a couple of legs though, maybe they were lost in a fight with a bird

Hey Leila, it's great to see your new studio, it looks wonderful, and all the hard work you put into it payed off. I'm always just blown away by your drawing skills, and the amount of depth and how striking each of the details are is spectacular. It really does amaze me seeing the different techniques you apply each time! So to answer your question, I'm primarily watching this for relaxation purposes but am taking mental notes with each video of yours I see. I would definitely like to watch your videos sometime in the future and try my hand at drawing some things myself. I'd definitely have to start out with the very basics since if you saw my artwork now, you'd probably just laugh hahaha! So spiders never scared me, I always found them interesting

6:35 for relaxation - love the parts when the microphone is so close that one can hear your presence - how your skin touches the paper 11:28 I like the tiniest noises that are really accidental byproducts (like the Leads moving in the pencil); somehow I wished you were wearing some sort of stiff lab-coat, where one can hear your movements; maybe I‘m just imagining how your renovation movements could be sounding

Hello Leila I've been watching you for some months now. I prefer to work in graphite and still fine tuning, so your videos and tips are great! I love spiders! I keep tarantulas and take in the occasional spider, to keep for a while, learn about them and photograph. I love this tutorial however, with a background in wildlife and a passion for insects I can't let certain things go by. For instance, all spiders have 8 legs, not six. 🤔😉 Also, legs attach on the underside of carapace, thus cannot be seen from any view but upside down. I'm so sorry, I feel terrible pointing these out, but I see it as I learn from you, you learn from an admirer... though the scales aren't balanced 🙃 I hope I have not offended you :(

***Great To Have You Back On Here Flower.....!***. The new studio/house looks awesome, love the lush green garden too - very "jungle" looking? - ideal plants for a humid country??. I briefly noticed a "far out" painting on your floor too : not really surprising I guess for a house belonging to a surrealist / abstractly-minded artist??!. It looks like all the physical/mental effort of moving and renovating was worth it..... Just a shame you chose one of my most hated creatures as a subject to sketch! (though I'm sure many people love spiders = Weido's That They Are..... - kinda joking?! - The same type that have lizards and snakes in their homes in glass tanks too??!. Takes All Sorts I Suppose. One of my families' cats used to catch + eat big spiders in the house - I can still now picture her munching them while the spiders legs were still twitching out of the side of her mouth...... Yummy!. Felines much more my thing = You cant stroke a spider???. Bye Lelia - and Welcome Back x
