My favorite Magnesium L-Threonate: bit.ly/3ssuK4c
Magnesium is essential for about 80% of the body's functions, but most Americans are chronically deficient and even most Magnesium supplements can't cross the blood-brain barrier to raise brain levels of magnesium. But a few years ago, MIT researchers developed Magnesium L-Threonate, a form of magnesium with some very exciting possibilities for brain health.

After a head trauma a few years back, I suffered from fog, headaches, memory loss, and just didn't feel the same as before. Ive been taking this for about 2 weeks and can already tell a difference. The first few day I didn't know what was going on, I thought I was getting sick or wasn't feeling right. Not sick or in pain, just something wasn't the same. And the spot where the ache in my head was, seemed to be throbbing, but not as much as a head ache. Everyday it got better, the throbbing was there, but not all day, and now it being two weeks, and none at all. As I'm typing this , I'm trying to feel for the pain or throbbing and there is none. This has changed my life for the better in as little as 2 weeks. I love Magnesium L Threonate and will continue talking until the bottle is gone and see if it something ill keep using.

Hey! I've been dealing with a magnesium deficiency for around 3 months it seems like. Also I lost a lot of my electrolytes while working out and sweating but according to the doctor my electrolytes are on a balance now. I've been taking magnesium supplements for a little over a month, because I noticed I had a headache almost everyday and I fatigue still and it kept coming back . I'm also taking magnesium bath flakes so transdermal magnesium and it seems to be helping. Sometimes I'm good for a few days and then my headache comes back along with the slight fatigue. So I'm wondering if this is good for headaches like you said? I'm assuming yes? I have tried magnesium glycinate, milate etc but maybe this is better for headaches and overall the brain it seems like? I've noticed my fatigue is typically connected to my heache.

@savemeows
@savemeows Год назад
@@zeyadelhashmi3702 from what is used in medicine..magnesium has direct effect on lowering blood pressure and heart rate. But the dosage and bioavailibility in blood determines how much it has its effect. @addictivewellness
@addictivewellness 11 месяцев назад
There is no definitive scientific evidence that magnesium l-threonate specifically treats or alleviates tinnitus. However, magnesium in general has been studied in relation to tinnitus. Some studies have suggested that magnesium may help reduce the severity of tinnitus in certain individuals, especially when the tinnitus is caused by noise exposure. The hypothesis is that magnesium might act as a protective agent against noise-induced inner ear damage, but the exact mechanism and efficacy remain unclear.
