3ds sonic lost world has a sudo drop dash mechanic. Charge up a spindash, release, then start holding the spindash button again and when you hit the ground you will instantly spindash.

I grew up with sonic lost world 3ds so i have a strange soft spot for it! And somic unleashed wii appreciation!!! In general a fun vid, definitely subbing ^^
Something that should be noted regarding the ports of Generations, Unleashed, and [REDACTED] (and even Colours depending on who you ask) is that the final bosses are widely considered to be better than their HD counterparts. Time Eater and Dark Gaia are much more fun to fight and are more interesting mechanically, such as the tedious first phase of Dark Gaia being replaced with a Punch Out battle. The Time Eater fight also greatly benefits from not having the characters shout "THAT LOOKS LIKE A HOMING SHOT!" every 3 seconds. Also the Big Arms remix in Generations 3DS goes SO HARD! It's a crime that the fight it's attached to is so short.
Unironically my first sonic game was unleashed but on my aunts blackberry. It has a special place in my heart with sonic rivals exclusive on the psp (which i played and i think is underrated especially rivals 2). Yeah it's not as well known but i think it's decent personally. Love tp know if anyone else knows about unleashed mobile.
@@shaulov10 Don't forget the forgotten PSP version of sonic generations. Still tho java unleashed isn't all That bad at least to me(maybe I'm just not too picky and love those types of games but still).
to be honest my feelings on the 3ds lost world is very mixed , it's decent fun at times and other times it's absolutely awful so I kinda of like the game to a small extent but the story and villains are all awful just like the console version
Hey man, I know you don't like lost world but I would have loved for credit to have been given to the big upgrade they gave to the final boss in the 3ds port! Even going as far as to add even more new attacks in the hard mode variant. He even has one of my favorite eggman lines that isn't present in the Wii U version: "I'm sick of you getting in the way EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. !!!!" *throws burst fused with asteroid attack. (The only reason I know this is because I liked the game as a kid don't cook me pls)

The Wii version of Sonic Unleashed is one of the rare times the Wii had the superior version of a game. The medals really ruin the experience in the HD versions.
With Colors Wii it’s not that I think it’s a bad game, I just don’t find it enjoyable. I can see why someone would like it, I just don’t. Don’t absolutely hate it though. Colors DS goes hard though
I think colours wii is just okay, ds basically does what wii does but better in many ways. It accepts that its actually a 2D game unlike the wii version. I won’t comment on game land on either version aside from the fact that one of the chaos emeralds is hidden in ds game land & I don’t like it. I think that the stages are better designed & structure than the wii version. With it having 2 stages, a boss act & 3 optional missions that have you use the wisps, kill enemies, collect rings & other mission types. Its impressive that colours ds was as great as it was considering how many games dimps were developing. (Sonic 4, rush adventure, unleashed wii/ps2, colours ds & gens 3ds.) I do tend to be more forgiving to gens 3ds compared to most people due to how sega gave dimps the megaman 2 treatment or so I have heard. They reused a bunch of stuff, classic stages, modern water palace, certain remixes such as the special stage remix. Theres also somethings I prefer on the 3ds version compared to the hd version. First off classic physics are surprisingly close to the classic physics, due to how they made sonic 4 before gens 3ds released, but its also surprisingly better classic sonic physics compared to the hd version. I also prefer some of the stage choices, not the level design the stage choices that the 3ds version does, even if it missed certain handheld stages like blizzard peak/pirate island, music plant, bridge zone & green hills zone. One example of better stage choices is tropical resort over planet wisp since both acts despite modern tropical resort being based off the wii version still feels like its a level that could have been from colours ds. & you can do most of the stages without the burst or the lazer wisp aside from one required section for each stage making them mostly optional unlike planet wisp having a few required sections for each respective wisps. Bosses are a split for me, I personally prefer biolizard & time eater 3ds over perfect chaos & hd time eater. I have the same feelings for all 4 solo eggman fights within both versions, rivals are good in hd. Also missions are optional being replaced with special stages that are as easy to beat as they are to access.
@shaulov10 oh its already been day 1 one of my favorite sonic games on the wii and game in general lol its really good! But the 360/ps3 still is better than this version but still like this like an A tier game for me and the 360/ps3 version is an s tier lol
I 100%ed Unwiished. Every medal, Capsule, and Upgrade. I did not do Night S Ranks but those dont count anyway, Night Medals are awarded based on categories and not rank
