Caught a US Army Eurocopter UH-72A Lakota helicopter flying overhead on its way to Tri-Cities Airport. I made the trip over to TRI and when I arrived, the Lakota was already preparing for departure. The Lakota pilot did a long hover taxi to the runway and then held the Lakota in hover while other traffic landed. Once cleared by ATC, the Lakota departed off to the West.
