Tri-Cities Airport can easily handle C-17's. They have been at TRI several times for touch-and-go practice landings (multiple videos of Moose touch-and-go landings at TRI available in my C-17 playlist on this RU-vid Channel) and as support aircraft when the President has visited. @@AEROWEPHILE will head on over there now! I wasn’t sure about the wingspan and weight of a loaded C-17. I flew smaller aircraft and never had any reason to look up the runway data. Another great catch!
