Great mount, but the QD lever is absolute garbage. The springs are not secured in any way. For such an expensive product, I expected a lot better quality.
My mount nut is stuck. What do i do? I cant find anything about it online. When i depress the springs in the open position, i should be able to adjust the tension nut as the video shows. But its stuck in place. I cant get my tools to work because of the proprietary bolt.
@@AnthonyD1986 I know how to fix it now I feel like such an idiot. What you need to do is put the lever face down on a flat hard surface and press down on it. It’s just because it got a little bit stuck. I had to look for a video to show me. I found it somewhere a while back.
@@petermiranda65having the same issue and doing this on my desk does absolutely nothing and doesn’t get the nut to get unstuck. Such a headache for a MOUNT that cost as much as it does
