Hey, Juliet! From my experience, parking opens about 1 hour prior to park open (if the park opens at 10AM then parking opens at 9AM). In the past, they let guests in about a half hour early and hold them just inside the park until official opening (If the park opens at 10AM then they might let you in at 9:30AM). They will check your tickets after you go through security and right before entering the park at the turnstiles. Thank YOU for watching and let me know if you have any more questions!

I am driving a bunch of seniors to universal and I will be paying for the front parking lot do you think it is safe to leave our luggage in the car? I really don't have any other options.
You pay at the toll booths before going in. Depending on what level of parking you pay for, you will get assigned a certain lot. I have found that on slower days or if you get there early that they will often put you in Jurassic Parking!
From what I've come to understand, you can! Just make sure to keep your paper ticket and show it to the parking attendant upon your return! Thanks for watching.
Does Jurassic Parking have valet parking? We are going to do VIP tour and I need to park in valet parking but I'm a little confused! Do I need to find a VAlet parking sing or Jurassic parking? Do you know? Thanks!
Hello! When you show up to either of the parking entrances, just show them your reservation and let them know you are looking to be directed to the valet section. I take it the VIP tour has it bundled?
Hi, Alvaro! It shouldn't matter which gate you go to as they will direct you to the front gate area from any of the entrances. At least, that's the way it has seemed from my visits!

@@JimmyGoodYT yeah i asked when i went on tuesday. The bottom levels are for vehicles with high clearances up to eight feet. All other levels sre 6'6". If the bottom levels are full they have two outdoor parking areas
Possibly not helpful for you any more, but valet is *not* front gate. Valet is over in Jurassic garage and is a good hike to the front gate (approximately 0.2 miles based on Google maps). This isn’t so bad in the morning, but if you’re there for an evening event like Halloween Horror Nights it can take 10-15 minutes to walk. You have thousands of people heading BACK towards the garage while you and thousands others are going against them heading TOWARDS the park. SUCKS big time.
There is! Lately, I've only seen them use the others. However, it seems like it can be used if you want to visit CityWalk or get dropped off by rideshares.
@@JimmyGoodYTI hate that they moved valet up to Jurassic when it used to be (~2019) be in Frankenstein. Literally took like 3 or 4 minutes from the entrance of Frankenstein to the security check point area. Have you been back to Universal recently and asked about Frankenstein at all? Also where is preferred parking? In your video you show the blocked off area and I think you call it “preferred “ but I believe that’s actually front gate parking (~$70). They also have a preferred option… if that’s way over near Jurassic but just parking spots closer to the walkway out of the garage into CityWalk… what a money grab and useless for guests… Thanks for any updates or comments, I’ll be down there for two HHN visits and a day time VIP visit and I would like to avoid as much walking from/to car since I’m planning like 14+ hr days 🤣
They'll direct you to it after you go through the toll booths. If it has available space, they will send you toward it. Also, if you approach from the West Gate, they will sometimes send you directly toward it as well. Does that answer your question?
