A very convincing performance by Newcastle (and I love Nielsen more and more). But Maloney's "154" was out of this world for me. Most impressive answer I can remember for this season... Sad to see him go but I quite disliked the rest of his team...
For Newcastle, I like Nielsen, Noble and Lowery (the fact he apparently reminds people of Eddie Redmayne and the Eleventh Doctor doesn't harm), but not Reynard. Not sure why, I just don't like him.
I really hope Paxo would have accepted Torsades de Pointes for that VFib, because it was really Torsades-looking. On the other hand, I'm really worried that a medic thought that was AFib....
Also, that sinus tach did also look like it had some PR interval widening, so 1st degree AV block wasn't wrong... but that's not a type of arrhythmia, so it wasn't a good answer either :-P Geek-out complete!
You can do it by adding up numbers in the previous row, or by computing binomial coefficients (nCr). It's not too hard to just "know" it though, the n'th row starts with 1, (n-1), from that it's just knowing that 1,6 is followed by 15,20,15,6,1.
