UniVersus Keywords Return: Desperation & Safe

Hey folks, me again with another little rules update for UniVersus, answering a question that many newer players have been asking recently: What do Yu Yu Hakusho's returning keywords do? Because none of the upcoming Timeshifted cards actually define Desperation or Safe.
