@@hrishikeshanak498 I'm just another fellow beginner, but i can tell you that a years ago i was 100 pounds heavier and i couldn't even do one push-up at all before feeling my body was giving up on me. Now a year later i can do a lot more push-ups crunches running and a lot of lifting. Don't know if this will help you specifically but i would suggest you try some more beginner tactics, and look up some good eccentric exercise routines, This channel has a lot of great videos in that regard. Also don't shy away from some light free weight lifting exercise like some dumbbell curls or kettle bell swings. I hope that gives you some base to start off, and good luck on your journey. My motto lately has been, "its not about perfection its about progress!"

@Linkous12
@Linkous12 5 лет назад
My shoulders do the same thing. I think it's a matter of shoulder mobility. I can keep my shoulders down and back for pull ups, but I can't seem to keep that retraction during dips, especially at the bottom of the movement.

I like pullovers the most: the move where you move under the bar legs first, to upside down, to on top of the bar. 1) It is physically demanding, but achievable for many regular people and children: girls age 5 do it on a playground. It is welcoming for beginners in the assistant version: when you jump with your legs from the group from hanging on a low bar. Nice balance of "challenging but possible". 2) It involves a lot of muscle groups. If I'd want a single move to train whole upper body, I would choose "pullover into a negative muscle-up". I used this single-exercise-routine to gain form and have a blast simultaneously. It targets a lot of your pushing, pulling, core and endurance if you can bust out multiple reps, multiple sets. 3) It rewards technique, feels good to execute it right. But it is forgiving, and can be done in different variations. 4) It feels like you're preparing to be an astronaut. 5) It is fun and it looks beautiful, even for people outside of calisthenics. It looks more swag than a muscle-up, while being 10 times easier.

6:37 - 6:47 I don't think Pikes are harder than Tuck Planches, though that may just be me. Pike pushups still make use of the legs for additional balance and support while the tuck planches do not have leg involvement at all. I would love it if it had subtitles in English, for Hispanic Americans it would be great, because they are great videos. I love one arm pull ups.

I'm still doing a handstand pushups using a wall, and gradually working my way up to max out my hand stand pushup reps. I'm now at five. I'm wanting to get to 50 reps if possible. Over a moon phase I gradually add more reps.

Guys, i got a serious question regarding progressions. If i can do, lets say 12 pullups max and 10 in a 5 set workout, but change to a variation i can do 4 times per set: i know i will handle a bigger load, but will i be able to still keep my 12 reps? because i know there is the deal of specificity, and both exercizes are in two very different rep ranges. will i gain strenght at the cost of muscle endurance?

2 questions, 1. What is the approximate weight of the guy in the video and was this physique gained all from body weight exercises?
@notaraccoonstealingpeanutb7549
I'm 12 so I know I'm not gonna get ripped working out, but it will still help me on physical tests at school. I do 100 pushups each day, 30 in a row if I push myself. I plan on starting tricep pushups and more workouts soon, but after I finish 100 pushups for 30 days in a row so I'm not super sore.

Its funny to see Daniel doing perfect, controlled, full range of motion dips at 7:29, and the guy in the background pumping out terrible ones. Everyone trains, not everyone trains correctly, I'm in to buy some training and learn something new at 52 because this guy knows what he is talking about and the proof is in the pudding.

You said here Beginner to Advanced, I love your videos, but the Beginner exercises are still very difficult to start out, even for a fit person. I’m still trying though.

Favourite sequences: Front lever to skin the cat to German hang to back lever, repeat. And V-sit to tuck planche press, repeat.

I love the do shoulder tracking movements at the pull-up bar equipment or pushups at each bench on the walkway around the park.
