What a lovely explanation of chi ⏰ and this explains the 3am thoughts 🐒 🧠 I hadn’t realized that the inner child awakens 💭 this explains a lot and gives me a starting point, I’d appreciate a sleep series if any of the commenters have suggestions for topics related to healing sleep patterns

Hi! I just stumbled upon this channel this morning. I am in the process of healing and so far, I like what you have to say. I would really like to learn more about learning to receive love and acceptance. From myself and others. My therapist thinks I have trained myself to be very watchful for Things and others that are unsafe, and I don’t recognize or pay enough attention to safe, kind, loving behavior when I am presented with them. Honestly, I don’t know if I have much of that in my environment, but I want to try to learn to look for it and accept it. And if I can’t get it from my environment, then I at least want to be able to feel it more from myself, internally.

Thank you for another wonderful life lesson! This gives me tools to work on my 2 a.m. mind when it pops up. I will start on the Feng shui part immediately. I keep my home tidy except for my bedroom, garage, and that junk drawer in the kitchen😃. I would love a video focused on issues with waking in the morning. I'm a 9 a.m. person, even after a bottle of wine and going to bed at 4 a.m. Like most, I've been coping with reality of a world of be-up early to be running by 6 to 8 a.m. I typically get tired for bed between 12 midnight and 1 a.m. but I've disciplined myself to be in bed By 10 p.m. Anyway, all a different matter. Again, Thanks much for the sleep lesson!
