been working on this i’m 22 and it’s true ppl take you more serious/slow down for you it’s almost like i feel more in control - ppl can tell if you’re anxious/nervous when your voice is high-pitched
Update part 2: I’m good now ! I didn’t notice but I have an accent, so naturally trying to speak clearly during sales calls gives me a deeper, clearer voice 🙏 side note but people have told me they think I’m gay, but when they hear me speak they’re like “oh nah, he’s straight”
100% True!!! I realized i had a deeper voice compared to my peers, but i always spoke with a higher pitch to 'seek' their approval; when i started to speak with a deeper voice, it immediately changes the persepctive of the people around me. This is 100% legit, and am struggling to keep a deeper voice always, but i think practice should get me there! thanks mate!

I've started my journey. I cannot do all of it, but I am now on the starting steps. I can't go to the gym yet, but I'm doing the workouts I can do just regularly. Thank you Hamza for inspiring and motivating us, you're a legend.
🔴 As others have stated, you don't need the gym or equipment. Bodyweight training is better in that it helps your balance and useful muscle memory. Weights at the gym can come later to add some bulk but honestly look up bodyweight, pushups, crunches and also resistance bands are super cheap and also incredibly effective. 😮
I actually have been practicing my deep voice for 2 months I have gotten satisfactory results. People have noticed the changes on my voice and women find it more attractive. I was already applying some of the techniques you mentioned here. Good stuff

I can attest that talking slower and breathing through your nose projects a lot of confidence. As a trial attorney, I can also tell you that it’s okay to take a beat and think about what you want to say before you say it! From the listener’s point of view, it unintentionally creates a dramatic pause that draws the listener in. Also, it gives the listener time to process what you’re saying as well! I’ve also realized that I can actually hear my own thoughts and process them better when I slow down. I used to think that the ideal lawyer was the fast talking used car salesman type of personality! Nope! Be yourself but be your best self. Give yourself grace and time when getting your thoughts out. It’ll benefit not just you but everyone else in your life.

So many have been disappointed in hamzas short format clickbait videos. I’m of the opinion that he’s entitled to make more money if it helps him. Let’s just follow the advice we’ve been taught by him in his normal podcast like videos and not fall for his clickbait stuff.

Another thing to help breathe better and speak calmly and slower is to feel your feet on the ground. It's to ground yourself. Feel the floor beneath you and breathe from your feet all the way to your head.

I've been playing saxophone for sometime now.As I was learning I was encouraged to blow from my stomach. Come to think of it that small act of breathing into my stomach really helped deepen my voice
Day 4 This shall be fun for me, I am a really anxious and jittery person that tends to have a high pitch voice just to appease others and I might even say i'm histrionic or even masochistic.
