Whatever you said in this video is so true and to the point. Our subconscious mind is hella powerful, and my life has changed sm by changing my thought patterns. Some of my absolute favorite books are "The Power of Your Subconscious Mind" by Joseph Murphy and books by Joe Dispenza, especially "Becoming Supernatural." Read them if you haven't. Keep posting more ❤

"It opens you up to possibilities that you did not see while fighting shadows" - It is THE shadow. It is nearly impossible to see. You see it in others. I don't know, I wish a Taoist perspective would rid the shadow or make it appear so easily, but cognitive dissonance is too strong whilst hiding it.

Great video. One point I thought, it’s probably better to think of it as subconscious , not really unconscious. It is very aware of everything, especially the things your conscious mind does not have in its focus.

A question for you, please reply I am around the age of 18 , i have nightmares almost every day, they are so gruesome that i start speaking while sleeping that stop and help. It bigs me to this day and take a whole lot of my nerve. I never talk to anyone about these because they make fun but i am really anxious about what to do.
