When she talked about forgiving our dads for not being there... It was like a light bulb for me I cried so hard removing that pain from my heart for the last time and found my healing... Because what hinders me from progressing in a relationship is the hurt and disappointment my dad caused me.. Thank you Iyanla may you continue to grow from strength to strength... Ugh watching this again after the loss of my beloved mom just before Christmas...💔😢🎄 We watched this series and Ms. Iyanla often its emotional and saddening in a nostalgic way revisiting this series without her. Missing my mom and thank you Ms. Vanzant always for using your platform, life story, & authenticity to help/guide others. You and Oprah Winfrey both. 💜💜💜
