Anita, I love you and the awareness you have brought to us, but, my body and mind (chronic panic, agoraphobia, physical anxiety symptoms 24/7, constant stuff like flu symptoms) has made it impossible to love myself...myself exists in a hell that no one understands. It's like trying to love someone who is beating you with a bat 24/7. Despite efforts ( trying to meditate, positive affirmations, acceptance and more it never gets better. Could this be who I really am? It's been this way all my life (60 years). I just don't know where to go from here, if there is anywhere to go other than a transition.

I’m surprised you haven’t got a reply from Anita. She seems to be suggesting many things to get well. However, I don’t think we have all the answers if that would be true we would know what to do or behave the way which lead to our best self . Just breathe try to tell yourself I’m a wonderful soul and I deserve to live well x

Dear Anita: I would like to ask a question: Regarding the healing of the body, one commonly heard method is to relax completely; another commonly heard method is visualization, for example, imagining that the blood vessels are very elastic and unobstructed! Which method is better? Thank you!

When you were in another realm, you mentioned that you felt or saw another parallel existence or a version of yourself from a different lifetime! We have seen many records indicating that the same person’s face may appear at many different points in history! I began to open up to my Guides through meditation, without forcing or expecting anything & when I was okay with whatever happened, I was given guidance & signs & now, several years on, I can communicate with my Spirit Team members whenever I wish. 💛💫🌟🫶

Work on quieting your busy mind by being present in the moment, move your thoughts out of the way - and move the essence of you to your heart. Allow yourself to sit in love for at little while and just enjoy the moment. Ask simple yes/no questions regarding small, non materialistic stuff in your mind and then feel or listen. The answer always comes as soon as you have posed the question. Never fails ✨✨✨

@@brianlittrell797 yes ✨✨✨ it is amazing when you get the hang of it. And if the self love is difficult begin by telling yourself "I really like you" "I enjoy being me" and know that you are truly loved by the Universe 💖 just because you are you.

@@malenekort1199 That doesn't seem like a good reason for the universe to love me. Kind of impersonal. It is sometimes very difficult to focus on my heart or chest area because of a lot of discomfort but I will do it anyway. Thank you. You are kind.

@@majko1111 I used weed as a buffer from negativity in the environment and now I’m leaning towards breathwork, meditation, prayer. Everything has it’s place 😉 Peace
