Did want to mention that her definition of an empath is more restrictive than that used by others (e.g. Judith Ortloff) so you may want to read different definitions. And, I have know full-blown empaths that deliberately hurt people (they were suffering and striking out at others) - probably Anita M. is not able to conceive this, since she would not do it, but this does happen.

I try my best to always be with my physical and/or emotional pain whenever it comes up. Though sometimes you’re in a place/location where it’s hard to do, but as soon as you find yourself in a safer location then do it. Ground yourself… be/connect with it…release. Self love ❤

In a remote part of the world, where there was no light or energy, inside homes. Someone came up with an idea and created an invention to bring in light by placing it on the roof, sorta like a skylight The inventor and their group of volunteers were handing them out for free to the community. They then would find a lot of the skylights lying in the street. They then started charging, and even renting them out. They sold more than they gave away in the beginning They stopped finding the (sky lights) in the street.

While grieving the loss of my father, I haven’t been able to fathom how my partner could treat me so harshly in spurts, without seeming to care of the effects, + allowing me to continue supporting him. You can actually find our purpose? You really think you can do that? So many of us out here are suffering that do everything right and we never find any meaning for our life. You found your purpose but helping us find our purpose is so bullshit. We have all died and been born again into nothing but more bullshit. Don't make it seem like were going to heal our cancer or get rich. You don't think I worry about getting cancer and dying? Are you going to save me? You're the exception to the rule. People die every day from cancer because they have too. When we wake up someone's going to die of cancer. We are supposed to rejoice in it. Go to hell. You got lucky other people didn't. As if you're going to help anyone who needs it.
Im sorry but I cannot believe how a parent these days cannot know about drugs and socialmedia when they have children 😳 It is something to be spread more and a must for every singke parent to get knowledge about.
We can appreciate that sentiment. Anita mentioned to me the other day that finding a perfect match, or best friend is on a lot of people's priority lists, but NOT everyone's! We all do get to choose how to move forward in life with relationships, and that's part of our free will. Whatever we do, hopefully we're choosing it from a place of love and joy and support for our passions and interests, and not because we feel defeated, down or joyless. <3

Before my mom passed away she was the happiest she had been in a very long time. She overcame her alcohol and sleeping pill addiction, got baptized, and was going out everyday talking to people about God. She also had these manic episodes where she would stay up almost all night writing. I figured it was just a part of her testimony as a Christian or just an episode (she was bi-polar), so I didn't really inquire much. After she was gone I looked inside this cooler that she kept documents in and she wrote my sister, my dad, and I all these massively long letters telling us about how much she loved us and how she will always be with us, she left us pages of her sayings and jokes, she left us copies of pictures of us together. The whole time she was writing at night she was saying goodbye to us. She knew and was unafraid. I sure miss and love you, Mom. <3
Just say, "No, I can't/won't/don't do that." 😂 You can say it kindly. ❤ It's not that you can't say the words. It's the fear of someone being mad at you for not giving them what they've asked for. You never have to fear the reaction of a kind person. You can tell them No & they will understand. If the person is not kind, no matter how you say No won't matter. They will be angry for not getting their way.
