Promethazine is a sedative. Some people including me like the effects of sedative. I used to take them during school to calm my social anxiety. Its what makes you sleepy when you drink lean and can cause hallucinations in high dose cause of its delirium like effect. Its like taking a bunch of benadryl. If you hear anyone say they drunk hella lean and seen "shadow people" it cause by the Promethazine and not the opioid.

I quit for a long ass time but started again slow, got back into it, and now I'm chill w it. you just gotta be ready to not give a fuck bro. you were thinking too much about it. I've been through some crazy shit mentally, like major sleep deprivation of 40+ hours caused me two weeks of derealization anxiety and short term memory loss. how I always fix shit is I just gotta stop thinking about it and stop caring
