Great work Paul. Fantastic to follow your journey in this series. Like you say, sometimes you've just got to DO IT. Time is the most precious commodity and no days are promised. Do it while you can. I appreciate your time and effort into making this series.
@mrharleypup thanks for this and for jumping on board, things have started to get really interesting with future episodes and as I type this exciting things to share helping others. I can't wait to release it all... it's been a great journey so far and still rolling
Stumbled across your channel. Great video!! I've just bought the Eggz earplugs. I usually ride anywhere from 300-900km in a day and they've helped me enormously. Work a treat and strongly recommend.
@evoexplore thanks for checking it out.... started slow with these videos and content but feel much better now at day 12! Thanks for the tip. I just snapped up another set after losing one and have just googled the Eggz, will jump on board. Stay safe ✌️
Well done for just doing it - I have started watching today and look forward to following along - like many, I plan to do this one day - I had planned to do it a few years ago before covid hit - even got a GS for the trip - keen for your insight into the do's and don'ts - stay safe and thanks for posting the vids
@stephenpbuchanan thanks for jumping on board and the support. Videos started a bit slow going as I wasn't expecting to really go any further than NSW. Have learnt a lot. I think we all overthink these things and it sometimes stops us from just doing. Happy to share heaps of tips, stay safe and hope you get out there soon ✌️
@andrewcutting7675 Gday UK, thanks for jumping on board. For me it was all about that Indian look. It's very distinct with the shape and style. About to drop a review video that also explains why I love Indian. Also at this level of bike the performance is neck and neck with any top end cruiser, so it comes down to style. I find it bizarre when I hear Harley riders knock Indian for performance in online comments. Those who ride and talk to me have nothing but praise for Indian. I even met a 1% er who had nothing but praise for Indian in its current form. Don't listen to the online comments knocking the brand 🤙✌️
Around 8,000km down and looking at a shoei ✌️ I didn't plan this ride... I randomly jumped on the bike and now doing a lap! Can't wipe the smile off my face
@@TheIndianCrusader that is awesome man. Looking forward to updates. Re helmets...there are many good ones and at very different price ranges, I mean Shoei's are great but pricey, all helmets are subject to certification. Just get one on special that fits and looks cool and keep riding. :) Good fitting full face will also help keep noise down.
I had a Yamaha 1900 road liner. But unfortunately an old injury from a motorcycle accident in 1979 has put an end to riding. I'm 62 years old and i miss my bike a great deal and my wife was a bit upset when we sold our love of our lives. You are so lucky, safe riding.
Sorry to hear about the injury. I have met literally 100 people on the road in the first 7500km and some similar stories which are upsetting and nerve racking .... the love of the bike and sharing the stories always put a smile on their faces and great memories being shared on the road. The further inland i go the stories and people are great.
@metalmoto4803 one last leg to go but a few exciting projects coming in future videos with a twist on this ride. Punch up to syd and back, you won't regret it
