@@11sveden12 😁 I'm glad if you liked it. It might be it wasn't received by more people, because I've written *dessert* instead of *desert* and I completely understand them. Not yet, as asset blending using virtual textures is the only option which I know of that works with UE5. Also virtual textures need a a bit of setup before you use it. I may make a video about RVT’s and asset blending soon!

Hey, could you share the settings when creating the projects you're making? Do you check ray tracing or not when creating the project?

I don’t have a RTX GPU so even if I wanted to I cannot use Nvidia’s Raytracing. Also lumen completely replaces Nvidia’s Raytracing so I am just using the default settings of UE5 that is Lumen for both Dynamic Global Illumination and Real-time Reflections. Hope this helps.

Hi everyone, I am just wondering something with my UE5. I just started to make cinematic short film recently, however it turned out that my nanite assets or meshes doesn't look as good as in this video, even though I donwloaded the same assets like in this video from quixel. I've tried to find solutions but nothing works well. The texture of the assets is not HD and it looks like somehow low quality assets. There is no detail on the surface. The nanite is enabled already, raytracing enabled, all plugins needed are enabled. Any idea? I am in a desperate situation where noone around me could help. Thanks for your help. May this community spread more positivity and support each other.

Yeah I know that a lot of people are facing this problem and I am not sure what’s causing it. I think it’s the texture streaming pool size but I am not sure. Still investigating the issue.

Hey! Big fan of these tutorials, im going to start learning ue5, but im wondering i my specs can do this? I5 9300h (4cores) Gtx 1650 1tb external hdd 8gb of ram Will it work? Or slowly or not at all?

Thanks for watching! Also I think the you should at least have 16gb of memory. Also the gpu should have at least 6gb of memory. I have a 1060 6gb gpu and I still experience some crashes. It’s better to go with the newer gen rtx cards. The 2060 is a good option in my opinion!

Update your nvidia drivers, or clear cache or shaders and epic and unreal

What is the "post process volume" good for? Why we need it? What does it do?

The post processing volume has all the post effects like bloom, lens flares, color correction, etc. I just use the post processing volume to turn off auto exposure because it’s really hard to light the scene due to the exposure changing constantly.

At 6:55 the bush is animated, I can't see it when I use it. Do I have to activate it somewhere?

@@pinkpocketTV Yes please! I found enableGrassWind but I guess I have to save it, for it to add the animation. Then again save child or save sibling? So many questions for a beginner. Maybe add, in general, the topics "wind / environmental effects on grass and trees" like strength, direction and so on. Thanks again.
