This was absolutely utterly perfect, I can't think of anyone else I would want to be doing the UE5. All little details covered, in a smooth order and easy to absorb. This was a big relief to me to see that Winbush was covering UE5, I'm able to relax while watching the tutorial knowing how superb he is at explaining complicated programs from previous tuts. Even beyond that, I find myself enjoying these UE5 tutorials which makes following along all the more easy. The magic happens when you have a master at the helm.

Winbush! I just downloaded Unreal Engine with no previous experience at all. Just wanted to check it out to play around. I am a developer (javascript mostly) and have lots of experience with digital audio and video tools, but nothing with 3D yet. I was so lost when I opened it, the interface was so foreign to me. Newby - I create a simple animation in the sequencer. There were (no shot) files in the sequence using the movie render queue. Doesn’t creating an animation in Sequence automatically create the shot? If not, how do I make a shot?

Hey Winbush, it was me the white rabbit late, late, for an important date .. 😆Unreal crashed several times before i could even follow the first steps .. telling me "the installed version of the Nvidia GC driver has known issues in D3D11. ..blablah have to update. I had 457.51 version, i installed, afer that, the most recent. But in other applications, where i do animation, i have the feeling, it's not as fluid as the older one. You recommanded me to go with the Studio Driver. Is it a better choice vs the Game driver? Could the pb come from this? Thanks a lot for any tip (i haven't tested the egyptian scene yet :'/ )

It's really tough to tell since everyones computer is different but I know some people use the studio drivers because they are supposed to be more stable. I personally just use the gaming ones still.

I don't use Unreal to make games I use it for other stuff like animating and rendering so this course covers a lot of the non-gaming aspects of Unreal since that's not something thats covered a lot

I have 5 days with UE 5 and 4 was "crash" days XD what is the next? I create 3 projects, configure the game instance, close the engine and when i open it again, crash XD GREAT! 6 years using UE4 and this never crash like UE5 in 5 days!
