azz lyckn out the gate and it didn’t do her no favors because that criminal history and all that lying . bringing somebody to court, bout you think that she was trying to go with your boyfriend.
The fiancé probably was cheating and the plaintiff is mad because she didn't get the reaction from him she expected. He's Drunk in Love and was not willing to leave his woman. He has that right.🤷🏽♀️
Yes she was cheating with her boyfriend and once a cheater always a cheater. But she should of just talked to her man about his role because the other lady will get caught because she thinks she have him fooled and she will cheat again.
My thoughts as well, she is definitely cheating but dude just doesn't care cause he is probably cheating as well. Ppl like the plaintiff, that are so dramatic and over the top, are hard to be taken seriously but that does not mean they are lying.
because when you tell somebody that their girlfriend is cheating with their boyfriend, ain’t no man alive going to leave that alone. Plus claiming she had pictures and all that but when she got there it’s oh, I deleted them. And I think that she is a very manipulative person. And she knew that man was not going to leave that alone. He really fell into the trap She set for him. Unfortunately, they have a ongoing feud. So I think he went there, possibly to see if she had those photos that she was talking about and she acted like he didn’t have any business showing up at her house. I believe she set him up to cause an altercation so that she could get him in some type of trouble. It worked. They need to stay far away from her.
Because at that time they didn't know she was bat shit crazy until they went there. They went there to straighten out the lie she just made up on his fiancee. WTH was you watching😂😂😂
claims she had a criminal history 20 years ago and JM is saying as recent as 2016. she talking about, so she says “just because I was aiding in a robbery?” all of us: 👀😵💫😫🥴🤬😱 Batt shyyt Bonkers
So my issue with this is, a person can do umpteen years in prison, they could get in all types of altercations or whatever. But the judge will scream “I believe in second chances” But since she has a background she’s already lost right and they can come to her home looking for trouble. Because she’s always going to be a trouble maker??!! Not right and highly contradictive.
Right, but does that mean she will never change . Sounds like some stuff was very old. And how about the person who did all those years in prison, they could have caused mischief and all type of behavior issues while incarcerated. But that doesn’t automatically make them unreliable. Same for her. She shouldn’t be constantly reminded of her past and not given a fair opportunity.
When u have a consistent background that means it's now a habbit, it means u used up all your 2nd chances. People do change but if u go to court for something u already have a consistent background for then u haven't yet changed.
you have to look at peoples behavior. Their current behavior. If you cannot see that this plaintive is consistently causing trouble. She went to their house first. And they let her in. He didn’t pick up a bat when she went to their house. So why is she picking up a bat when he came to her house? Second chances is a case-by-case basis. You earn second chances you don’t get them just because you went to prison and get out. You have to earn them from the public after you get out and if somebody wants to give you that second chance with them, they can. everybody does not have to give you a second chance.
Maybe I missed it but how did the defendants win their counterclaim for slander? They didn't discuss slander at all or proved she did it. They case should have been thrown out; neither side proved their case.
They did discuss slander. The plantidf slander the defendant name by stating she was cheating on her husband with her man. The judge asked her did she see them together she said her neighbor saw them. That was the slander
eyes lids flappin, pupils going back n forth , head bobbin n rollin. you ain’t got to tell me this is not someone skilled in conflict resolution. More like always at the center of a conflict combustion 🔥🔥! That criminal history is ongoing in her case and she is messy af. All the shyyyt they all done went through bout this dude. Where in the F is he?
With the majority of the comments that I've read, everyone feels that the defendant may be a cheater and she may be. However, the plaintiff had absolutely NO business going to that man's house trying to prove that his fiancee is cheating on him. It wasn't her place and they're still together
@@opulence_prime I didnt say there weren't people out there. I just never met any. That's how I suspect that ratio is very very slim to none. However, Congratulations.. you are a unique individual. You are 1 in a Tetra mega xega billion. Please tell me. Did you leave after the 1st time catching the person? Bcuz that's even more unusual.
The plaintiff seems to be unhinged. She said “20 years ago” the JM says no then suddenly it’s “3 years ago.” I’m surprised JM was as gentle as he was with her because she kept lying and switching up throughout the entire case.
The defendants are lying about the fight. When the guy started telling the story, he started talking real slow as if to not forget his lies. Then he let the fiancé finish when it got to the assault part. He was unlocking the door but was able to intercept the plaintiff from hitting her at the same time🤔🤔
@jmelo9993 don't mind Adrian. He's deathly afraid of women. His mom coddled him and now no woman can compare. Chances are she molested him. He shows alot of the classic symptoms. Sad
Change your sentence around a little. Start with idk, add because to the first four words of sentence, and there's your answer. 😂 Seriously though, I think the plaintiff has experienced a lot of trauma and needs therapy.
JM Shouldn’t have judged her woman based off her past….& that the defendant i certainly believe was cheating on her husband with the plaintiffs. Idk why JM disregarded her seeing her leaving the house bc why would she have been there and as crazy as it sounds with the likes & things…That’s how a lot of ppl get caught cheating on social media bc why would she be liking ALL her husbands pics & wishing him a happy v day…definitely sounds like she knew her man was cheating & she found out it was with her.
Thank you!!! Totally agree. It’s days where he doesn’t want to listen to nobody. The defendant definitely slept with her man.. I don’t like her or that man standing there like they better than somebody
This plaintiff is insane. 😂 I can't believe she brought anything to court at all. She needs to sit down in her house in a room in the dark for a year and just contemplate how she can do better in life. That rap sheet and her story make no damn sense. 😂
The sounded and acted like she was doing a play. She caused this drama by not minding her busy. Glad the defendant's had her criminal record. The fake crying was too funny.
Raise your hand if you believe the defendant girlfriend was cheating on him? I believe that she was I think that he knows it and that's why he's had such an attitude that this lady is bringing them on TV to blow up a spot relation point
The plaintiff is too beautiful to be a little crazy to bring a case without key facts to her case:( why did she have to be a snitch by telling in the first place:( 😂😂😂
2 things! The plaintiff is bat sh&t crazy and the fiancé did cheat. Any time someone accuse you of cheating and the first thing you say "is can you prove it". Then you did it.
