Unused track - Pokemon Ranger: Guardian Signs (Oscilloscope View) 

This track is the only unused track in this game, and I couldn't find any videos showcasing it, so I thought it deserved to be on RU-vid. Maybe this was a minigame tune?
It uses instruments I have never seen before, and it's just such a happy little tune.
the internal name of this track from the files is called "SEQ_BGM_EVE_PARTNER" where EVE stands for a game event
