It's 2 AM and I'm dying watching this! How I got here from a doc on the Irish Potato Famine I don't know, but I miss living in NYC where you could get delivery this time of night. Never as good as the food in the Video, it would still be better than cup o soup and stale popcorn. *Wipes drool off of keyboard.
I used to frequent one Thai restaurant here that specializes in the Garlic Pepper Prawns and they would load it up with garlic oil and that would flavor the plain white rice. Soaked up that bad boy good with garlic... These guys, however, piles on the garlic chili and uses prawns that are humongous! Betcha bottom dollar it tastes amazing.... **Drool worthy**
