Is it a good time to sell your home in New Jersey? Many homeowners in NJ have this question right now and I answer that in this video. I also discuss the real estate market in New Jersey including inventory levels, demand for homes in North Jersey, how interest rates are affecting the real estate market and what I think will happen if interest rates go down. I also give my recommendation for how to determine if it's a good time to sell your home in NJ at the end of the video so be sure to watch until the end.
