Do you know anything about the LIS41 train in Tukwila and Kent? Also, what do you use to catch these rare units?

Basically word of mouth. I get messages often about interesting things in the area by local railfans. And yes I've heard of the LIS41 local, I really want to get the 1124 on it but it's a little ways away from where I am.
