Join me in today's video as we dive into upcoming HORROR COLLECTIBLES for 2023 and 2024 from companies such as NECA, MEZCO, PCS, MONDO and more! From figures to statues there's plenty of horror goodness in store for collectors and today I'll be showcasing as much as I can!
Some of these collectibles were recently unveiled at shows such as SDCC and I'm so excited to add them to my collection.

The Mezco Eric Draven figure also comes with the guns he uses. I think the rumor is that his family didn't want the guns advertised on the box. And he already released last winter.

I'm really wanting to get that pumpkin head and klownzilla aka JoJo fig. I've been more recently getting into the horror stuff and I haven't watched pumpkinhead but I've always liked its design it reminded me of xenomorph.

Here's a little fun history about Syndicate Collectibles it's the new company from Jerry Macaluso, formerly of SOTA Toys and Pop Culture Shock from 2000... back then Sota Toys figures were way ahead of their time and they still stand up to today's figures when it comes to detail. They were actually the first company to put out killer klowns from there line Now Playing...also a 18-inch Pumpkinhead, Darkness from legend, Jeepers creepers etc and they had a killer Street fighter line... Just before they disappeared they had the leprechaun, The Thing and Kessler Werewolf and other horror gems ready to hit stores then Pufff!! they were gone lol so it looks like they're releasing some of their classics but with better articulation

I also collect almost exclusively just Evil Dead franchise merchandise. My all time favorite horror franchise. I got have that Army of Darkness Ash statue it looks just so damn Groovy there is no other word for it. It has to get displayed alongside the various other Ash figures around here. I have featured a bunch of Evil Dead merch on videos of on my channel over the years. My current favorite is the Sideshow Collectibles Evil Dead 2 Ash made over five years ago or more now. I featured that figure on my channel. I don't post videos often these days but will get back into RU-vid in future. If there's an Ash figure released I want it. Great video.

I really hope Neca shows off their Ultimate Jigsaw soon. They teased it ages ago but haven’t followed up on it since. There’s a new saw movie coming out next October so I hope that encourages them to want to release it soon. Jigsaw is my number one favourite horror villain.

I know they've just done a reissue of the 12" tall talking Billy puppet from SAW. An ultimate Jigsaw would be a great addition to the ultimate line so I hope we see more news of that soon!

I am looking forward to getting the TV Show Chucky figure. Granted, it helps that I am a huge Chucky fan and have a compulsion to feel obligated to add it to my collection, but they did a good job making him look accurate. I still wish NECA would make a CP2 accurate figure, or at least a head sculpt with an accessory set. I also hope they give us updated versions of Candy Man, and the Tall Man from "The Phantasm". Those are my biggest wants.

An ultimate CP2 Chucky would be amazing! I never thought I needed that until you just mentioned it haha! I'm sure an ultimate Candyman figure will happen down the line, we'll have to see what the future holds! In October, NECA usually makes horror announcements so fingers crossed!

I have in 1/6 scale Nosferatu in Black and White as well as in color. I also have a custom SideShow zombie that I call The Ghoul. I made put of an old black shirt a cloak with hood that resembles a grim reaper outfit. I plan on showing one my channel some other 1/6 scale custom figures that I made. I think these figures on my channel will spark your interest.

I have to disagree, maybe things will be different when more high quality photos are released but so far, at least to me, the likeness of this upcoming syndicate statue looks fantastic. The old sideshow 1/4 statue is great, but for me, I think this beats it. We'll see what the statue is like in future updates!

Mezco 1:12 figures are always well made and painted but I find them very expensive for a figure that size.

I do believe they could do with being an inch taller or so, but I guess with some of their releases like the Eric Draven, you get a loooooot of accessories and extras. I'm sure the full fabric costumes on them bunk the price up too!

4.5” is pretty big tbh. Maybe a little too big sometimes. It’s definitely above average and gets the job done. 7” is way too big

Unfortunately there's been a big legal battle going on over the rights for the franchise and that's stopped merchandise being made for Friday the 13th. This also includes Friday the 13th: The Game which hasn't had any updates for a few years now.

Why would they give GhostFace a “rainbow” mask? That wasn’t in the movie was it? I REALLY hope that it has nothing to do with gay pride or it’ll be a hard pass for me.

It would be a shame to pass on such a cool figure release for the sake of social-political ideas regarding the rainbow mask. It shouldn't bother anyone anyway, but with that said, a lot of the accessories and features of this figure don't appear within the movies, specifically the New York accessories and this figure isn't branded as a Scream VI figure (despite it including the mask from that movie), it's branded as Ghostface. But even then, the mask DOES appear in the film in a party scene, so it is there. The rainbow mask is an official Ghostface mask that has been around for a while so overall, it does make sense for it to be there.
