All you really need is a SBU reflash, block off plates and 3/4 exhaust. The reflash keep bike cooler and throttle/power much improve. Did it on my 12 R1 Anniversary Edition. Good luck and nice bike.

KRAM R we dont partner with SBU. Their tunes have caused problems, and we stay far away from them. Nick Marino @ xplane does all my dyno tuning work.

Do you have any issues with the wheel contacting the radiator?? I know some have depending on the exhaust.
