What fantastic reporting. Gives us such an insight as to what the searchers are up against. Surely Jay would walk down that road rather than attempt through that wasteland. Considering there is a bus route passing there. If he fell then he could be amongst all that bush and it would be so hard to locate him. Thanks for these views of the area. Jay prob would have heard about michael mosley which hopefully may have deterred him from going into that wilderness. Keep up the good work prayers for jay❤

It is so tragic, just hope he is found safe and well, it is a very isolated place by the looks of it Andrew, that would be very difficult for anyone being isolated or lost in that environment, great all the work you are doing Andrew by helping and putting it out there and sharing with every one 👍

I think the police and Lucy know a lot more than we do. And we as arm chair detectives don’t need to know what has and hasn’t gone on behind the scenes. Let the processionals do their jobs. Whatever has happened - everyone deserves a chance.

If Jay fell, that's the only scenario that he would be in that area. The main road appears long, and I can't imagine why the friends he met, didn't give him a ride closer to his accommodations. It only takes a few minutes to drive someone to safety.

Any normal folk would have stuck to the road.....IMO there is more to this, very fishy

I would not even have attempted a 10/11 hour walk. I would have waited where I was where I missed the bus or walked back to the nearest town where he was if not far and stayed there.

Apparently there is an article on lanc's live website that he was convicted last year by Preston crown court of grievous bodily assault on another teenager, he tried to split his head open with a machete. Not a innocent little angel by all accounts.

Something is not adding up with this situation, I can't believe anyone would wander off a road with no water or phone. Surely he can't have gone far enough not to be found. His friends are very vague and not really giving much away. It's a bit odd.

Lucy should be looked at more.. who rings police when he wasn’t missing at that time.. she told him stay there and sent your location. She then goes to the police why didn’t she just get a taxi or drive to Jay?? But no she goes to the police.. she is a well known drug dealer over there

Unless you are experienced in mountain trekking don’t think you can just start searching the off road areas. You will not survive it! ☠️☠️☠️

17:11 This would be the fist spot I would do thorough search; Jay was wearing t-shirt and was probably cold so he might hide in bushes - which were the only one around in that area. Thank you very much to go out there and bring us closer of the surrounding Jay found himself.

He went away from a rave with two male strangers… one about 40 and the other closer to his age. Why? Were drugs involved? This may explain his incoherent decision to walk it back to his real friends. Sad situation but I think something has been left out of the story. Nothing makes sense with his decision.

The cactus. He cut his leg. He'd need to go off- road. There are some close to the road above. He must have been walking through the bush. May have thought the trails are quicker. I hope he's OK and found soon. Thank you for your help.

The sad part is, the 11 hour journey time is by car or bus not on foot. I would have looked to head down the footpath down to the shore in the hope of finding people, tourist's fellow Brit's & get some help. Possibly without having any food or water with him he quickly became tired & possibly confussed & has found shelter that he is afraid to leave 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼 Are the Men who took him there joining the search? Have they come forward & explained themselves? I'm struggling to think WHY he didn't tell the cafe owner he needed help or sit & wait for the bus... I sincerely hope there is a happier end to this story than there was for Doctor Michael Mosely in Greece last week 🙏🙏🙏

I knew these British Men/aka Moroccan Nationals who moved to Britain are behind Jays disappearance. I also believe that Lucy Law was involved in some way! (Investigations WILL prove that she also knew these 2 men who stayed at the Airbnb). My heart goes out to Jays Parents, Brother, Wider Family and Friends.

You need a drone with thermal imaging camera. To rough to walk there. I have been there.

Thank you for showing us the landscape and for all you're doing. These are my thoughts: if he was thirsty that early in the morning and with alcohol still in his system..possibly other stuff too...he can't have walked far from Masca. I cannot understand why he didn't wait for another bus and I can't understand why he'd wander off the main road?! - but, as we can see it's very high up and low clouds are sure to be a problem. I think he could have unwittingly wandered off the road because he couldn't see properly and then, imo, there's a strong possibility he could have fallen over an edge. He may well have seen water and tried to get to it and fallen and injured himself. This also might seem like reaching, but it's a possibility: what if he was hit by a car on those winding roads or possibly he collapsed on the road and in that low cloud someone drove over him..and then the car passenger(s) panicked and took him away? Or a car or vehicle knocked him over an edge? Or, he could have been picked up by someone? I personally think he's not very far from Masca and sadly in the terrain that people can't access. Those weather changes don't bode well for him with no warmth and no supplies, but I'm still hoping 🤞

It's a small mountain range that you could easily find civilisation from. Especially as a young man potentially in survival mode. Stop over egging the remoteness of the area. It's hardly the Sahara desert.

Thanks for the info, it looks like an impossible task searching that area. Has the Village area been thoroughly searched? Do the local houses have any Ringdoorbell footage of him? Any CCTV around the village? That journey in a car late at night would have been terrifying .

Can you verify if there *is* actually a bus every 10 minutes from where is was back to his accommodation? Not a single media outlet has verified if this is actually the case and that sounds more like a central London timetable! He said he "missed the bus", which implies they only come from time to time which seems much more likely, and therefore making it more likely that he did try to walk (and then probably curled up to sleep somewhere shady because he would have been sleep deprived and hungover by then).

The friend is complaining about the spanish police not speaking English... maybe use some of the gofundme money for a translator then 🤔 A lot of this doesnt add up. And how many UK police speak Spanish.
