Yep and I have paid $528 a month for two years now. $1000 in insurance every six months. $2500 for the body work. $2800 for DEF system. $800 for the crank seal split with the sellers $1000. Now 10k plus for a motor and I owe 12k on the loan.

I hope you get compensate for all this... And please ask questions to your insurance about the down time you van is been . Your been paying your insurance and for that They better fully compensate for everything from the moment your van endup in Tulsa .

You should take your case files and present them to your State AG and/or Insurance Commissioner. I can almost guarantee you that something will be done to your benefit. I have experience in just this type of crap from insurance companies that underperform.

Alan, Progressive Insurance should have totaled the van. You had 9 months loss of income, all the headaches, and it's still not over, and who knows what else is to be discovered. Now your job is an insurance adjuster between two shops. Man, I feel for you!! I hope something great happens to you for 2024 such as winning the lottery, etc. Sad part of it all; it wasn't even your accident, but an new hirer. Nobody takes of your shit like you do. It seems all of your drivers screwed you in one way or another. I hope for a full turn around for you. You deserve a new Ford Transit van paid for by Progressive. I can't believe you had to pay 9 months insurance on a van in the shop.

I spent last winter living in a van on top of a mountain with temps being 9⁰ regularly. I used -25⁰ sleeping bag and a wool swiss army blanket, and no diesel heater. I never felt cold in that set up. Infact I slept great.

No doubt because the dealer lied to me about the condition. I did not go see it in person before the sale and that was my fault. The laws in NY have no consumer protection. Once the van has been dropped it’s yours. I took it to Mercedes and they did nothing for me while my lender had a motor protection clause. It was leaking lots of oil.

Good man. The insurance company didn't play the game correctly. You need to review your state laws regarding insurance claims and what would be considered unacceptable time for loss of use for your vehicle. Also , read your policy to see if you are bound to arbitration regarding your claim versus State Court. Good luck Allen

No wonder Progressive has such a huge marketing campaign. They spend less on claims hiring shitty shops and hire less than the best claims employees. I noticed their TV commercials are gimmicks and they never talk about how their customers love their service.

Buddy. Stop with the BS. I bought a cargo van cash. Got my own authority same time started running for brokers and made my money back in 4 months! Look no disrespect playa. But you got shoes in your background in the videos and you are saying it’s not about money but you want to charge people money for something they can do them self. ON word of advice. If you want to be inspirational and teach people something do not repeat the same word over and over, watch people that are real speakers, and learn some speach techniques😂
