Just tossing in my unasked 2 cents,but marine plywood floors with aluminum liners used a lot in rVs and motorhomes in the 1980’s some still around today and fully intact. Best wishes for a great RV remodel Thank you

If you did a sheet metal floor and then put plywood thinner on top of it for sound deadening and flexibility that might be your best bet

It may feel slow going for you (I'm sure painfully slow at times!) but it's still an amazing amount of progress on Patches 2.0 and even the work you've done with that truck has been pretty awesome, especially considering the resources available to you. I'd love to watch a multi-part series, if only to have a video to watch soon rather than waiting for everything to be completed. I always learn from your videos! 🤘

If you're going to do a wood floor you're going to have to get marine-grade plywood and that's almost expensive as steel I bet you better look into that
