OMG....I was just thinking the same thing Sharon, we make plans, have hopes and dreams even when we're seniors and just like that, gone. Poor Bucky already knew his wife had the cancer when he died before her, I think the worry gave him a heart attack so he died in his sleep on his favorite chair, bless him. Then, poor Phyllis, was left alone with her cancer to die alone, who do you think had it worst? Just looking at them here 6 years when they were so full of life and happy, you would never know. Just like that horrible building that came down in Florida, all the people in their condos had no idea they were going to die that fatal 24th of June!!!!! We never know, I see all this and I get very troubled as I am an empath and it hurts to see such sorrow. I felt bad for the condo people as well, but this couple Phyllis and Bucky, I grew attached to as I watched them every day, I took this one very hard ! Good people, Bless them and may they RIP with the Lord with the promise of eternal life!
😔Reminiscing rewatching old videos...😭😢😭😢@20:50 I started balling my eyes out when Mr. Bucky said “this way, we have a permanent house in the mountains” (thinking about their final resting place and the plans the made for where & how they were buried)😭😢😭😢 👍I remember watching this when it was first posted and thinking they were so adorable. 💝🙏RIP RIP Gone but not forgotten. 🤗💞🤗
WOW! I stumbled across this today...exactly five years ago these were their dreams. So good to have this recorded for the grandchildren so the younger ones can have a glimpse into the lives of their grandparents. RIP you two!

He obviously trusted her judgment. I would have too. Phyllis was thoughtful and did nothing in a frivolous way. Bucky knew that from the get go with her. Just watching her cook demonstrated how she did nothing without planning carefully. He knew his lady was the greatest. I believe she likely could do anything if she put her mind to it. God likely met her and said, "good job, welcome home."
Miss Phyllis I love your hair, so many people cut off the hair as they get older but this makes you look so young, it really does and what a beautiful colour. We don't say miss(insert first name) or Mr. (insert first name) in Canada however I think it is so homey and cute. I like this idea, so much respect is lost nowadays. I'm excited to here more on the houses. We are moving tomorrow from a condo to a big house so we are going the other way. We are soo excited, as we will have more room and a big lake view.

Phyllis wrote on this before she passed that they decided against the tiny house because of moisture problems with them. Turns out they would have not gone thru with it after all.
You have beautiful hair, Miss Phyllis. I am 53 and wear my hair long. People tell me I need to cut it, but I say.....as long as I have it, I'm going to rock it!
You do just that! I am in my 70's and I still wear my hair shoulder length. It looks good and not inappropriate. Whenever I'm advised to cut it by older females, of course, I just smile and nod my head. No.

Sigh. They had all these plans for an adventurous future together. The tiny house, then they decided to buy an RV instead and a piece of land for a homebase to live on in between their road trips. Wasn't meant to be.
God had other plans but in the meantime, Phyllis and Bucky were "living the dream." They lived in a state of optimism which carries you along in a perpetual dream that might come true.
Is two people from what I have seen and heard and read that have lived a great and a good life I've been together for a long time and they're now in heaven together and they have their wings and I'm sure she's cooking up there then I don't know if they have RVs up there not but not there on the road aren't they they're doing their bucket list God bless.

My Daddy died the same day that Mr Bucky passed.. I feel so sad and the way I put this into words is I feel like I'm free falling and noone to catch.. me anymore. I have a wonderful Husband we have been married for 30years but there was something so special about my Dad that he LOVED with his whole heart and soul..I Miss him sooo much so I am right with you Phyilis..God has them right for now.. but they will be waiting for us .. Dont ever worry about that..I always watch your video's and my husband and I always would laugh that we are a few years behind you...noone stays together anymore..we are so GLAD that we did.. and your Love is so beautiful and strong.. xxoo God Bless you ..xxxooxx
Absolutely a magnificent couple. Such a pleasure to see them again. Honestly, I've never known anyone like them. Such a blessing to see their interaction together. You can feel the love and devotion for one another. It has been a pleasure and an honor to see them again on this video. (I have asked God......why? I do know. In a way, hard to watch this. Here is a cute and "mature" couple still having fun together, planning an exciting future living in the mountains in a new house., To watch them now with their humor and honesty makes me so sad to know they are both gone. I want to believe Phyllis is up there with the Lord, offering to be His secretary or bookkeeper...she would never want to be idle. I miss Phyllis' videos not just for her recipe ideas, but her personality. She was precise in her life right down to planning her funeral. What a courageous lady. How I wish they would have seen their dream of that mountain home come true. Thanks to Steve for keeping them up and running so we can still enjoy them in absentia. RIP Phyllis and Mr. Bucky. I just recently found you Ms. Phyllis . I I just wanted to comment on how your shakes and healthy choices have worked on you . Your face looks much brighter the circles under your eyes have almost completely disappeared. your hair seems smoother and shinnyer. Over all you look younger than you did in videos from years ago. Phyllis, you have GOT to wear this color more often bc it really becomes you AND looks great next to MrBucky too! I look best in red that has blue tones in it too, like cranberry red. we have two lots in a "camping club" in the forest here in Wa state..we have two 5th wheels, decking, sheds, fire pits..you can live 180 days on each lot (resets in May) & this costs us $1800.00 per year (plus $64.00 per year in water... we have redone our 5th wheels to "Tiny house" ideas.. our cost of living is low but.. it is where we live, the beauty of the forest, our great neighbors, the beach..all the things that make what we've done perfection..(besides having our lake (fishing) and the beach (fishing).. good luck & blessings to the both of you .. in your new adventures

Be sure to set the tiny house up to be able to live in it when the power lines go down for extended periods of time. I suggest a wood stove and plenty of firewood. A water collection system and lots of dried foods, clean water storage and root cellar. Sometimes you get snowed in for long periods of time without power. I know this because I have a cabin on a moutain.

Have you two sold your house yet and moved? I just started watching your videos last week, I really love watching you and your husband you guys get along awesome...Mr.Bucky is just like my husband watching sports my husband watches baseball and football. I would love to move down south because I don’t do well in the winter here in WV... I haven’t found any real resent videos I hope you haven’t stopped making them I love to wast her you cook.

Been viewing everything hit and miss and katywampus... Miss Phyllis you are such a great cook. And I can't believe how many things you're so proficient at!! I mean knowing what to do with plumbing or electrical whatever things, that's remarkable... I sure couldn't do that.. at least not as well as you. And Mr. Bucky, you're so knowledgeable on so many subjects as well as construction etc. You two make the total best couple as far as I'm concerned! I'm serious. Gotta get to the next video now. i have a 1997 crown victoria that ive been driving since 2001, and a 2010 grand marquis in storage waiting for me. you could not have made a better choice in vehicles. too bad they quit making them.
